Tahoe Heavenly Villa has amazing lake views!. Our Villa is located in the middle of Kingsbury, right on the California state line where you get the best of both worlds. On one hand, the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and tranquil. While on the other, you are extremely close to the main town center where you can find the casinos and ski slopes. Close enough to gamble but half the price of the casino hotels. In addition, our jacuzzi tub is located on the huge deck facing west for great sunsets overlooking the mountains and lake. The perfect getaway for summer or winter, only a five-minute drive to the lake. With 5 bedrooms and 3 separate living areas. One master bedroom on the main level with a steam bath/shower and a second master located on the upper level.Disclaimer: Rooms and Guests are allowed as per reservation request. “Heavenly Villa” is a cute little 1 bed/2 bath condo, in South Lake Tahoe, (Kingsbury) - sleeps 4, (queen bed, 1 full, 1 twin ) - the bunk room is a “walk thru” room to get to the Master bedroom, therefore more ideal for a family with children (Full bed on bottom/twin on top bunks), close to Heavenly Mountains, Boulder & Stagecoach Lodges, for the best skiing in the winter and awesome hiking/biking trails in the summer. There is the Heavenly shuttle that drop off at lodges and the BlueGo bus service. The condo is a short 10 minute drive down into the Heavenly Village, casinos, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. There is a local Mini-Mart and Fox & Hound Sports Bar and community pool and hottub within walking distance.The hottub and pool are operated by the Tahoe Village Association, and you are welcome to use them. (Unfortunately we have no control over hours of operation and/or if anything is not working). We have zero-gravity chairs our guests can use to sit, recline, and enjoy the view of Lake Tahoe right from the buildings patio. Enjoy the incredible sunsets with piercing bright stars to gaze upon at night and the crystal clear Lake Tahoe water during the day at the many beaches Tahoe has to offer. When winter comes and the snow is here enjoy the convenience of a shuttle that runs right by the driveway to take you to either stagecoach's or boulder's lifts which are a minute away. If you need skis and other equipment, its only a 10 min ride down the mountain to all the stores plus the casinos and restaurants. Also enjoy the community hot tub and pool which is a few minutes walking or a minute by car.
