Cupboards are fully stocked with pans, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery.Master bedroom: King bed, two walk-in closets, luggage racks and full bathroom.Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built-in closetBedroom 3: 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, built in closet, luggage rackThe Garden Living Room (ground floor): A large, spacious, garden room occupies the lower floor. Perfect as a family room with space for exercise or as a children’s play area, sit relaxing with a morning coffee. This garden room opens to the grounds. There is also a utility room, a half bath on this level.For your comfort, there is a queen sofa bed in the garden living room perfect for TV lounging, and two roll-away beds. Zoning permits 6 adults plus additional children under 5 years of age. No parties are permitted. This immaculately kept home has central AC and baseboard heating. We use green cleaning products, organic towels and bamboo sheets.Please remember that this property is surrounded by open and forested land and there will likely be wildlife and insects.
