We spent 3 weeks at this property. Really enjoyed easy walk to downtown and convenience to lake access, parks, festivals and bi-weekly farmers market just a couple blocks away. Jeff is a great communicator.

Great up north house
Came up for a few days of disc golf, rock Hunting, sightseeing, and just relaxing. House was in a great location for what we needed. Loved the back porch for meals and card games. Living room had plenty of seating for watching TV or hanging out. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Ski trip
This was our second year in a row staying here. It is a warm, clean, well kept cottage close to several ski areas, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for folks looking to relax after a day of skiing.

Ski getaway
Clean warm home just right for a small group. Within walking distance of Downtown Boyne City, close to Petosky and Boyne Falls. Great owner.
I stayed here on a ski weekend and the house was perfectly comfortable for our needs.
