Property Description
It's not just Legoland - this part of Berkshire has all the building blocks for a great family break, while this Premier Inn offers free parking, on-site Beefeater restaurant, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds. We're just outside of Bracknell town centre, a leisurely gallop from Windsor and Ascot, and a 30-minute drive from Thorpe Park. There's easy road and rail access to London's great shopping, theatres, sporting and concert venues. It's not a case of 'what shall we do today?' more a case of 'will we have time to fit everything in?'

Everything was great! We were able to rest and sleep very well. The room is clean and bed was comfortable. The food is great for the price we paid. The staffs are also kind and nice. Location is walkable distance from the train station. I shut my eyes and the next thing i know, it was already morning. I really had a good sleep it was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great service and great staff. Rooms are good and the food is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I left my wallet in the restaurant and Jessica a member of staff found it and brought it to my room. I always stay here when working in Bracknell!

Poor service from Premier Inn. Avoid this one at all costs. No air con, bed wasn't made up, shower gel pump was empty, no receptionist most of the time. Attached restaurant (ex Beefeater) had slow service, bland food. Still waiting for the pint we ordered. The table behind us ordered drinks, left after waiting for 20 mins and then 20 minutes later the drinks arrived. Staff not aware of offers available.

The helpfulness of the staff at this hotel is second to none they can’t do enough for you. The hotel looks shabby from the outside but it is very clean inside and the facilities are brilliant. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The food is very good and is always served with a smile. We would say that it’s the best hotel we have stayed at in the Premier Chain.

Myself and a colleague have just driven four hours for work and upon arrival we realised we’d been given a double room instead of the triple room (with guaranteed two separate beds) that our business director had booked for us. When we went to reception we were told that our booking was showing as a double and the hotel was full and there’s nothing they can do. This decision was apparently made by higher powers outside of the hotel, no further explanation could be given. After liaising with my director, I confirmed a triple room was indeed booked that morning, with screenshot evidence, but at some point in the afternoon Premier Inn had decided to downgrade us to a double room with just one double bed without any prior notification. Apparently there was no family, twin or triple rooms left available in the hotel? I’m not here with family, I’m at work, and both myself and my colleague and my other two colleagues in another room which had also been downgraded expect to be able to have separate beds as we had booked. Not only this but the WiFi is poor and there’s no signal, the room is red hot and the fan is pathetic, so I’m not only sharing a hot room and bed with a colleague, but I can’t even get my evening work done either. The icing on the cake was only having one towel in the room, so not only have we been downgraded, but the room wasn’t even prepared for two guests properly either! I have stayed weekly with hundreds of different premier inns around the UK over the last 8 years for work, not once have I ever been downgraded and forced to share a bed with my team mate. It seems this was a deliberate decision by some ‘higher power’ as this hotel seems busy with families for Legoland, so we’ve been bumped down a notch to ensure all rooms sell out. This is a fair warning to anyone who specifically books twin or triple rooms for the extra bed, be wary as you may not receive it. I do not recommend this hotel in the slightest for business customers.

Came for work on the 1st April and was very tired from my journey. I'm celiac and went to the restaurant and Mel and Lucy couldn't do enough for me. They made my dinner experience amazing from food to just amazing customer service. Them girls are fantastic.
