Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.

Very disappointed with the noise coming from other rooms of people staying . Reported to reception they asked them to keep the noise down but 20 minutes later started again till 5am in the morning.

Worst hotel ever, did not accommodate accordingly, I paid for a room and could not stay in it, the error was on the hotels part but they did not take any responsibility. NO REFUND was issues from them, travelled all the way from LONDON to find out the website and the information was incorrectly provided!
DO NOT STAY HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR STRONGEST POINT. RECEPTION STAFF ADMITTED THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!

Was meeted n greeted by a lovely lady called kelly...was so polite and helpful... She gave directions to all local supermarkets and advised on the best takeaways..kellly also managed to swap rooms so I had a bath in there...definitely 5 star review

Louise greeted us with a warm smile on arrival to check in. Check in was quick and everything explained. The hotel has had a recent refurbishment and was excellent all round. Free car parking was a bonus, but you must register your car with reception after parking . Hotel room was clean with fresh towels & tea and coffee was available in the room. Very central location literally 3 minutes walk to the Broadway shopping centre. Will definitely re book on our next visit to Bradford.

The 4th floor for standard room plus is great value for £ The receptionist on night shift 02/02/2025 absolutely friendly, accommodating and will ensure you have a great stay. She should be recognised for her effort and going the extra mile Will be returning again. Cheers
