Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.

Very disappointed with the noise coming from other rooms of people staying . Reported to reception they asked them to keep the noise down but 20 minutes later started again till 5am in the morning.

Worst hotel ever, did not accommodate accordingly, I paid for a room and could not stay in it, the error was on the hotels part but they did not take any responsibility. NO REFUND was issues from them, travelled all the way from LONDON to find out the website and the information was incorrectly provided!
DO NOT STAY HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR STRONGEST POINT. RECEPTION STAFF ADMITTED THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic Stay at Travelodge Bradford Central! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, where do I even begin?! From the moment we stepped into Travelodge Bradford Central, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the incredible staff. The hotel may be small, but it is immaculately clean—you could eat off the floors! Speaking of which, I was absolutely amazed to see a clever little robot vacuum zipping around the hallways, keeping everything spotless—what a brilliant touch! When we first entered our room, we noticed a bit of an odd smell, but the lovely lady on reception could not have been more helpful! She immediately arranged for us to move to a fresher room with no hesitation, and her kindness made all the difference. The customer service here is truly top-notch! The new room was perfect—not a speck of dust in sight! The floors were gleaming, the air was fresh, and the beds… oh my goodness, the beds! So incredibly comfortable—it was like sleeping on a cloud! After a long day, it was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and feel at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and cosy, making for a fantastic night’s sleep. Overall, this Travelodge is an absolute hidden gem in Bradford! The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional staff made our stay one to remember. I cannot recommend it highly enough—if you’re looking for a welcoming, well-kept, and super comfy place to stay, this is it! A well-deserved 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Would definitely stay here again! Xx

Lovely hotel, quiet and clean and very close to city centre. Reception is on first floor and code is required to use lift which makes you feel secure. Very pleasant staff with useful information about local facilities. There is extensive building work being undertaken in Forster Square directly opposite hotel, but this did not affect us as work finished at 5pm. Easy, safe walk 5 minutes to city centre. Rooms were clean and fresh. We were lucky to find space in free car park which is quite small. Quiet in rooms and good night's sleep.

Kelly and Baiba are the house managers I have met so far and both are friendly ladies who go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. They problem solve really quickly and nothing seems too much trouble and are very easy to chat to and .are you feel like there's no pressure. They're a credit to travelodge.
