It’s a beautiful property set on a vast area, surrounded by greenery n mountains. Nature in abundance. These are furnished apartments. Great place to stay for families, but service was veryyyyyy poor. Very sub standard soap/towels were provided. For the price there should have been other amenities provided too like shampoo/lotions etc in the bathrooms like hotels for same price. There were no fans or ACs when there is so much global warming. Although the apartment was furnished it was extremely bAsic n quality was very poorly furnished for long term (week or a month)stay. Staff are not courteous or helpful or available except certain hours. Beautiful scenery but no life / provisions around for miles. Good for hikers/ back packers, very very basic lifestyle living but certainly not for comfortable, enjoyable, luxury family holidays. The whole area is dead by 6 pm. Since nothing is pro

beautiful resort, just 2 minutes walk to the smaragdbahn. Restaurants bergschmied and waldvogel are really good! Resort has a nice swimmingpool, wellness area. We had an appartment with 3 bedrooms. Everything is there, very complete

Wonderful location and cosy resort. Lot of outdoor activities can be done in the mountains. We have used the summer card.a lot, went up the mountain with the elevator to have nice walks, lunch at an Alm and rented Mountainbike’s for nice trips.

Das Bramberg is located in a beautiful village just at the foot of the Smaragdbahn ski lift taking you to the picturesque and well groomed ski slopes. We also visited the Zillertal, Kitzbühel and Kaprun ski resorts. All reachable after a short drive. Skiing in Austria is a wonderful experience. Well maintained slopes, modern and continuously upgraded ski lifts and the hütte experience makes our trips to Bramberg a fantastic experience. Das Bramberg in the Wildkogel Resorts is a luxury holiday accommodation providing us with all the comfort we are looking for: spacious, modern and stylish apartment with large balconies with a view to the mountains, a sauna park and a recreational swimming pool. We are looking forward to our return next winter but also during the summer.

Ich kann hier nur den Buchungsprozess bewerten, da es trotz Buchungsbestätigung und von mit geleisteter Anzahlung von knapp 2.000€ erst gar nicht zu einem Aufenthalt kam. Ende Januar habe ich ein Angebot für ein Apartment mit 4 Schlafzimmern für 7 Tage über Weihnachten angefordert und dies schnell erhalten. Am 02.02.25 habe ich die Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Die Anzahlung von knapp 2.000 € hatte ich zuvor geleistet. Als große Gruppe von 8 Personen war ich froh, dass wir in dieser nachgefragten Reisezeit ein vernünftiges Angebot erhalten haben. Alle haben ich gefreut, Urlaub genommen, die Anzahlung wurde aufgeteilt, Geld wurde unter uns hin- und her überweisen und weitere organisatorischen Vorbereitungen getroffen. Dann bekomme ich am 11.05.25 von der Unterkunft eine E-Mail, wonach das Apartment storniert wird, da es 4-fach überbucht worden sei. Ich habe dem Hotel einen alternativen Zeitraum angeboten, worauf ich nach neun weiteren Tagen keine Antwort erhalten habe. Am Ende musste ich dem Hotel noch hinterher telefonieren, um zu erfahren, dass der Alternativtermin nicht möglich ist. Und noch schlimmer: Ich musste meiner Anzahlung hinterher laufen. Wir als große Gruppe stehen jetzt über die Weihnachtszeit ohne Unterkunft dar und es ist fraglich, ob wir noch etwas Vergleichbares finden. Die Kinder sind sehr traurig, dass sie nicht am Windkogel Skifahren werden. Mein Eindruck war, dass es der Dame von der Rezeption offensichtlich egal war. O-Ton: "Wir können keine Zimmer für eine so große Gruppe organisieren". Ich empfinde den Umgang der Unterkunft mit ihren Gästen als zutiefst respektlos und unprofessionell. Fehler können passieren. Aber wie kann eine Überbuchung über 3 Monate (!) nicht auffallen? Und was ist der Grund, dass die Unterkunft die geschädigten Gäste allein im Regen stehen lässt? Mein Fazit: Hier ist große Vorsicht geboten! Wir als Gruppe haben viel Zeit und viel Aufwand verschwendet und ich musste am Ende meiner Anzahlung noch hinterherlaufen. Ein Aufenthalt kam trotz Anzahlung von knapp 2.000€ und Buchungsbestätigung nicht zu Stande. Das nächste Mal buche ich lieber da, wo es verlässliche und freundliche Mitarbeiter gibt!

Habe nach unserem Aufenthalt folgende Nachricht an das Ressort gesendet … eine Antwort habe ich nicht erhalten: „Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hier ein kurzes Feedback zu unserem Aufenthalt: Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um eine wirklich schöne Anlage, in der ich mir durchaus weitere Aufenthalte vorstellen könnte. Allerdings war ich von einigen Dingen doch wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Als Grund für diese Umstände vermute ich insbesondere unseren Aufenthalt zum Abschluss der Wintersaison. - Defektes Mobiliar Stuhl wackelt extrem Stehlampe beschädigt Schrankknauf fehlt Dunstabzugshaube Abdeckung Leuchten fehlen Kaffeemaschine (trotz an Rezeption erworbener Kapseln) nicht richtig funktionierend Mülleimer in Bädern mit defekten, teilweise ganz fehlenden Deckeln - Mit Wandbild teilweise retouchierte Verschmutzung der Wand. - Fernbedienung unter der Couch. - Bei Anreise nach 16 Uhr kein Hinweis, dass Brötchenbestellung nur noch bis 17 Uhr möglich ist. - Geschirr „bunt gemischt“ und weitgehend nicht für Belegung ausreichend … drei Weingläser, eines davon angeschlagen. - Duschbad im Wellnessbereich alle. . . . Auch zum Ende der Saison sollte solch ein Zustand nicht normal sein. Im Übrigen hätte vieles durch sorgfältigen Service einfach erkannt/behoben werden können. Insgesamt waren wir Alle daher doch enttäuscht und wollte ich Ihnen dieses Feedback nicht vorenthalten.“

Unkomplizierter, sehr herzlicher Empfang. Schneller Check in. Saubere, durchdachte und geräumige Wohnung. Sensationelles Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Nähe zum Lift. Alles in allem verbrachten wir komfortable und erholsame Tage.

Fantastische accomodatie. Prachtig, ruim en heel schoon appartement met groot balkon. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Naast ruim voldoende handdoeken, badjas voor eenieder zijn ook afwasmiddel, vaatwasblokjes, wc papier voorzien. Sommercard is zeker een grote meerwaarde. Genoeg te doen in de directe omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug.
