Totally not serious!!! 0 recommend!!! I’ve booked a room via Booking and got it confirmed. This morning on the day we should be checking in they call me to tell me they don’t serve breakfast,for which I said is fine and that we’ll go to a market to buy sth to eat. After that they say they will cancel our reservation if we don’t check in at 14:00. I’ve kindly explained that we’ll be arriving at 18:00 since we’ve already planned a sightseeing here in Brasov. They’ve told me that since we haven’t paid for the accommodation and they can’t charge us ‘cause we’re not Romanians - they will cancel our reservation. Of course they don’t even offer to make a payment via Booking (that is completely their fault, I would pay if I could). This is just absurd and it’s not the way to treat your guests. I’m very disappointed.

Booked hotel in January and one week before arrival, hotel cancelled booking. Reason given, they book rooms for minimum of two nights not one. Booking was made several months earlier for one night. Having visited Bran before, the castle is beautiful and worth a visit. If your a Foreign National looking to stay in Bran, suggest you look elsewhere!
