It was an amazing hotel .

I saw many airbnb and hotels , but this one was luxury with the best breakfast we could ever have

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Best service and staff!! Find us chopsticks and spoons in the midnight!! Print board pass for us for free!! Sooo friendly and helpful!!
Room is clean and quiet with comfortable bed.
Good location and could get every attraction within  20mins. Love it!!

The facilities are a bit old and the soundproofing is weak.
However, the service response, safe location, and accessibility to major tourist attractions are excellent.
Not recommended for those who want the latest facilities, but for those who value cost-effectiveness, it is an overall satisfactory hotel.

Very nice hotel. There is a stylish public lounge, and the front desk service is also very enthusiastic. The interior facilities of the room are complete, but not all windows face the outer street, and some of them face the corridor. The location is very good and convenient to travel. Overall it's great~

В номере чисто, убрано, к сервису никаких вопросов. 
Стоит отметить, что шкаф для одежды только в одной комнате.
Чайника в номере нет, что тоже странно для семейного номера.

It is very suitable for coming with friends. The hotel has a good service attitude and is willing to help guests. The location is also very convenient. It takes 4-5 minutes to walk to the subway station, and usually 30 minutes to various attractions. The only bad thing is that the hotel room has poor sound insulation

Stayed here for 6 days. Excellent location with walking distance to most popular spots in Barcelona. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The street looks a bit messy when we first arrived but the longer we stay here we find it safe and very convenient. The courtesy bathroom is a star, also we love the free coffee and tea session everyday.

An excellent hotel! Very modern, with everything new and beautifully designed. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help and create a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. We had a positive experience!

We loved the hotel and our entire experience. The service, amenities and location were 5 stars.
We had a free room upgrade, which exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home.

Hotel very well located to go walking to all sites and no longer just that,to go to the beach for example in Uber just € 4 !
We will certainly repeat...
The staff, the little we knew most, there was a boy with barbit and the truth that has treated us phenomenal!!

Really good location and easily accessible by car. Hotel itself is great, rooms of decent size and nicely designed, bathroom are very practical and really clean. Walls between rooms are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but it wasn’t outrageous in my opinion. The parking of the hotel was full and I learnt this after my booking so that wasn’t great, but on the bright side the parking of the mall Principe Pio in front of the hotel had space (open 24hr and was actually cheaper than the hotel parking - a win for us). 
Staff at the counter was the only minus for me. When I called the hotel to enquire about parking & ZBE car plate registration the man hung up on me due to what I believe was poor English (which would have been fine if he just said so). I had to call back again and got another person who explained details to me nicely in English. Also, every time we passed by the front desk we barely got any glance or had someone saying hi which is a shame (if not rude!). In hospitality, being welcoming is the #1 rule and the staff at the front desk was lacking in that regard.

the Hotel, about location is walking distancy but if you are fit (say the major attractions Madrid you can reach on foot )Atocha station for airport and international travel 15 min walk very ease to get )but there is PYRAMIDS station just outside the hotel and bus stop literaly 5 step,and the autobus ELIPTICA travel around Spain near by .
The staff very polite,all the amenities (fridge ,comfy bed AC big room big bathroom )the only thing missing the KETTLE for brew cup tea will be nice but i think all the hotel in Spain dont have .another thing very small safety (could be little big).
