Everything is good. Great even! The coffee place also serves the best coffee I’ve ever had in Jakarta. The location is walking distance to the Lotte mall and just a few mins grab bike away from other tourist places. The only minor issue is the lady at the receiption isn’t very friendly but again, it is super minor issue, shouldn’t be the reason that stops you from booking the place. Will definitely stay here again in my next visit to the city

Had a king room on 12th floor for 7 days. 
First impression of hotel was fair, corridor does smell  musky/food. 
Room is big but certainly need some cleaning and maintenance. Stains on carpet, spills on cabinet, cob web on bathroom ceiling, shower drainage smells when shower is in use, shower hose water pressure is weak, housekeeping is not consistent of refilling amenities, often not complete. 
Air conditioning is extremely cold,  in-room control does not have much effect on changing room ac temperature but to have it On/Off. 
2 bottles of water are complimentary everyday, as well as one time welcome snacks.

I booked a 1 night stay here for work/solo travel and I was pretty impressed by the overall service, cleanliness and interior decor. For someone travelling alone for the first time to Jakarta, the hotel felt safe. Breakfast was a mix of alacarte and coffee+pastries buffet and the ambience was perfect if you needed to do work/research for your itinerary! The only downside was the noise/live music at night. The vibrations were loud making it a little difficult to doze off BUT my stay was still beyond expectations so im happy. I would really come back again. Thanks team for making my stay a pleasurable one.

I booked this hotel as it is close to Indonesia Arena. There are two shopping malls nearby. Staff are nice room are big, it is what I just needed.

I tried their massage, easy to book, very convenient.

I absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff here! We initially requested two room cards, but due to their policy, only one was allowed. However, a kind staff member went the extra mile to check for us and even followed up later that night to let us know she had successfully arranged a second card—really thoughtful service!

The breakfast was great—especially the Indo Mee! As for the location, it’s super convenient—just a minute or two walk to the nearest MRT station, and we even managed to walk to Grand Indonesia Mall in about 15 minutes.

Overall, a fantastic stay! I’ll definitely choose this location again if I return to Jakarta. I also booked a car to the airport on Tuesday morning, and it got me there in just 40 minutes, as advised by Google Map.

Artotel Thamrin Jakarta is an exceptional choice for a family trip, offering a unique blend of modern art and comfort. This hotel is considered a budget hotel and it is renovated and not new. The rooms are very ordinary and the room lighting is dim and there is not enough lighting. The bathroom lighting is very dim, God bless you. The air conditioning is very cold and the sound of the air conditioning is annoying and cannot be controlled. As for breakfast, it is very bad. The options are very limited and all the food is Indonesian and not suitable for Arabs at all.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, primarily because of its excellent location and spacious rooms. Crucially for an overseas stay, the water pressure and hot water supply are consistently good, and the WiFi connectivity is reliable. The area surrounding the hotel is bustling with spas, currency exchange services, and numerous restaurants. While not directly beachfront, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which is perfect for catching the sunrise. The buffet breakfast features rotating main dishes, ensuring you won't get bored even during a longer stay. My only minor disappointment this time was having to wait until 3 PM for check-in, despite the official check-in time being 2 PM.

Clean new room, there is a modest pool and a modest breakfast (only one dish and two drinks to choose from), the location is next to the monkey forest, closer to the center of Ubud, everything in the hotel is fine from what it has, but there is little here, unfortunately the level of prices per night that they ask does not correspond to the range of services that they provide, so we did not stay here for more than 2 nights; in Ubud there are a lot of hotels of the same price level that are much more interesting
