Hotel location was okay. Parking is free. 
Very near the stockyards. 

Breakfast was okay, free coffee throughout the day and night.

Really very good, it belongs to the hotel, the price is very good, very clean.
Breakfast hot water pick-up every day and parking space

The main complaint I had was the hotel refused to let me pay the $200 deposit by cash. I did not have the money on my discover used to pay for the room or in my checking acct. I was given the option to use a card or cancel my reservations. It was midnight and I had surgery at 5:00 am the next morning. I didn’t have the extra money or time to find another hotel. I was forced to use my bank card which overdrew my checking account and that cost me an additional $27 thru my bank in overdraft fees. Then I was told the deposit would be refunded back to my card on 2-4 business days. It has now been 5 business days and I still do not have the $100 refund in my bank account. Because of this inconvenience I will not be staying at Avid hotels in the future.

Service at the front desk was excellent And Very helpful

This hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable.  If I ever need a staycation or if an emergency arises, I know I can trust this hotel to provide a good night’s rest.  I recommend!  I wish they had an ice machine. 

Stayed for one night, the location is OK, the room is very hygienic, overall it is not bad
