The hotel exceeded my expectations; as a new property, all its facilities are top-notch. The front desk staff were fantastic: warm, attentive, and very responsive to requests during check-in. They truly deserve high praise. The ground floor is a convenient one-stop spot for dining, a bar, and afternoon tea, which really adds to the overall experience. It truly feels like the kind of place you'd want to stay every time you visit Hangzhou.

Just a minor, somewhat humorous incident: after I got out of the car, the security guard at the entrance came over, briefly touched my luggage, then just turned and walked off. Honestly, I didn't *need* help with my bags; I could handle them just fine. But what was the point of touching them and then walking away? My thinking is, if you're not going to help, then don't touch my belongings in the first place! Maybe decide what you're going to do before you approach me. 😉

Everything else was excellent, and overall, I highly recommend it.

An unexpectedly great vacation!

I didn't expect this hotel to be so good. After booking, I contacted Little Ma from the hotel and found out that my accompanying child needed an extra bed. They helped us waive the extra bed fee. Upon check-in, Kaylee at the front desk helped upgrade our room, and since our flight was late, the duty manager arranged a late check-out for us~

It felt like we were constantly being helped. The entertainment facilities on the second floor are also superb, and all the gym equipment is Technogym. Our whole family had a wonderful time~ We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xiasha~

Quite a convenient location within walking distance to White House. 
The hotel did not want to supply a kettle but finally did provide one as the phone in the room wasn’t working. 
The Italian restaurant there does serve some good food.

The surroundings are very beautiful. Children like to play by the river.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, cheerful, and attentive, and they spoke fluent English.

We paid extra to upgrade to the King Canopy Corner Suite. The room we were offered on the 14th floor was spacious. We especially loved the seating area with a large TV, dining table, and cozy sofa—it truly made us feel at home. The blackout curtains, bed, and pillows were excellent, and we slept very well throughout our stay.

However, being on the 14th floor wasn’t quite high enough to fully enjoy the views outside. For a suite, we were also expecting a bit more in terms of amenities. For example, a Dyson hairdryer would have been preferable to the provided Salonia, and a garment steamer (more convenient for leisure travelers) would have been better than a standard iron.

The room style is modern with Japanese touches, featuring a comfortable and calming color palette.

This hotel is within walking distance of Osaka Station (about 7 minutes to Lucua and 13–15 minutes to Hankyu). However, taking a taxi might be a better option if you're traveling with two or more people—especially when returning to the hotel tired or carrying luggage or shopping bags.
