The room was filled with sunlight, and the housekeeping service kept it very clean. The hotel's location in the city center makes transportation very convenient. I especially want to highlight the hotel's breakfast and restaurant service: the staff were very warm and patient, and the food was plentiful and delicious.

Good location if you're looking to stay near the airport, but I honestly wish we had spent another night in the small Mourneview B&B near Carlingford and made the drive into DUB. This hotel is huge and packed with people. The receptionist was kind, but the line up is long and once you finally find parking, you're fed up waiting. There is air conditioning in the lobby, but not in the hotel rooms. Felt like an oven as soon as you walk to the elevator and the night was long as the room was warm, so we opened the windows and then we had the noise of the busy motorway outside. The room was okay, but then we found gum stuck under the table. The breakfast was the best part, the buffet has many options to choose from.

Just a 20-25 min walk to the city centre which suited us perfectly and near plenty of shops bars and restaurants. Room was very clean with a decent shaker and the breakfast was great too. Staff lovely and very accommodating! Price was reasonable still a lot of money for one night but relatively lower compared to other decent hotels in the area, would happily stay again 

The hotel is well located right in front of the tram stop . It is modern and the facilities are fine . My only complaint is cleaning the rooms . For example, they didn't clean or change the cups . The hotel was very clean and the room was cleaned .

I liked the room and the staff were generally friendly. 
But the television in the room did not work, the bathtub was clogged and whenever we took a shower we were left with water up to a little above the ankle. 
After taking a shower, the bathtub was all dirty with the dirt that had gone up with the water through the drain because it was clogged. 
And finally, an employee did not want to heat the soup for my 1 year old son who does not eat all the food.

The hotel location is very close to the Green Line. It is an economical type. The room has no air conditioning, no refrigerator, and no facial tissue. Only VIP-level guests will get wet.

The hotel is quite good in this area of ​​the UK, the environment is clean and tidy, and it is very close to where I am having a meeting. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but the disadvantage is that it does not change every day.

The hotel is located near the exit of Aldgate East subway station, which is convenient for travel; the service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. If you arrive at the hotel early, you can store your luggage first and then check in at the hotel in the evening; the size and furnishings of the room are up to expectations, the housekeeping in the room is very clean and comfortable; the breakfast is a normal English breakfast. There are many people during meal time, and the food is replenished quickly, so there is no problem of not being able to pick up the food. The food is delicious and more cost-effective than the English breakfast in other restaurants; the overall impression of this hotel is good and satisfactory.

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is within walking distance of three tube stations, and the surrounding banking district is safe and clean. Two Marks & Spencer stores, two Boots stores, and a Waitrose are all within walking distance, perfect for shopping. The hotel facilities are new and clean, and the rooms are cleaned promptly every day. If your budget allows, be sure to order breakfast; it's a buffet, and the omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, and English breakfast are all excellent, truly motivating me to get up early each day! My husband had a fever repeatedly during our stay in the UK, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, bringing breakfast to our room and offering helpful medical advice. Great hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety.

The hotel is very good, because we arrived in Befa from Liverpool by cruise ship, so the front desk let us check in before 8:00 a.m., took a shower, put our luggage and went out to play, very humane! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the bed is big, the room space is good, the price/performance ratio is extremely high, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the station in the city center. You can really try his home when you come to Beijing!
