Arrived at Changi Airport early in the morning. Getting to the hotel by MRT was incredibly convenient, taking only about half an hour. It's easily spotted, just about 100 meters from MRT Exit B. From the moment I arrived at the entrance, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping with my luggage and arranging storage. After checking in at the front desk, I headed to Suntec City directly opposite for breakfast. The hotel's location is superb; it's very easy to get anywhere by MRT, and iconic attractions like the Singapore Flyer and the Merlion are within walking distance. The room was spotless and refreshing. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

Excellent service overall, but serious air conditioning issues severely affected my sleep experience.

Throughout my stay, the hotel's service team was professional; concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all satisfactory. Unfortunately, a major issue with the in-room air conditioning system severely impacted my overall experience.

**The Problem:**
Every night, the AC would automatically increase the temperature to around 28°C (likely a system preset or malfunction), causing me to wake up feeling uncomfortably hot multiple times and forcing me to manually readjust it. Given Singapore's hot and humid climate, a comfortable room temperature is vital for a good night's sleep. This problem led to several nights of disturbed sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted during the day.

**Recommendations:**
1.  Please have your engineering department investigate the AC control system to determine the cause of the automatic nighttime temperature adjustment.
2.  If this is an energy-saving setting, I recommend proactively informing guests during check-in or allowing them to lock the temperature via the control panel.
3.  Consider offering compensation to affected guests.

Overall experience is wonderful. Vivian who serve me at the breakfast is really dedicated and did an excellent job in serving other guests as well. Most staff in the premise are good. She deserves an absolute praise and applause. The lady who attend the pool side I forgot her name did a great job as well. However, there was some strange smell on my floor corridor. Some features in my room were not working including the speaker in bathroom and brightness adjustment of the lamps on each side of the bed. Some buttons are rusted and the carpets need some deep cleaning.

As an apartment, it has complete living facilities. It is recommended for business stays or family trips. The public facilities are shared with the hotel, and there is a shuttle bus to the subway, which is very convenient. The only regret is that the floor is not high, and the view is average, not as good as before.

The hotel is a swift 7-8 minute taxi ride from Hengqin Port, costing 60 MOP (I later remembered there's a direct hotel shuttle, but I'd forgotten at the time!). It's conveniently located in the same building as The Londoner. From the moment we pulled up with our luggage, the doorman was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, promptly assisting us and maintaining that exceptional level of warmth all the way through check-in. I truly felt their service was outstanding.

While the rooms might be a bit dated, they are impeccably maintained and offer fantastic value for money, especially when compared to The Londoner. The casino and an extensive shopping complex are just downstairs. It's definitely a highly recommended stay.

It was my son's 12th birthday on our check-in day, and he had flown independently from Singapore. I had informed the hotel in advance, and they thoughtfully surprised him with a cake and warm birthday wishes, which we deeply appreciated.

My only minor complaint is that the business center charges 80 MOP per hour for computer use, and the operating system was in English. Thankfully, I was still able to navigate it.
