Check-in was efficient.  Ms. Katherine Lai was very professional and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with greenery view, which was nice.

The room is spacious, bright and comfortable.  Normally, room size is small in Hong Kong hotels for this category. Dorsett Tsuen Wan stands out and is really good as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Tsuen Wan. Excellent value.

Washroom is also spacious. There is a small gym, which again is a plus for this category of hotels.

The location is not as convenient as other hotels in the center of cities. However, Dorsett provides a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall, Metroplaza, where yiu can take the subway MTR. Also, another shopping center is with 6 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

Housekeeping is good, vacuuming the carpet in the room every day.

Finally, bus A41P will take you from Hong Kong International Airport to a stop (”kin Tsuen” street), a 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Then, at the same bus stop, talk A32 bus to airport, costs HK$19.80.

The staffs at concierge are also very helpful in directions and bus selection.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. I will stay there again and highly recommend it.

I recently spent three nights at Dorsett Kai Tak during a quick business trip mixed with some sightseeing, and it exceeded my expectations for a brand-new property in this up-and-coming neighborhood. The hotel's location in Kai Tak is spot-on—right next to the future sports park (perfect for event-goers) and just a short, complimentary shuttle ride away from AIRSIDE mall, which has fantastic shopping and dining options. It's about 20 minutes from Central by MTR, making it easy to hop around the city without the Tsim Sha Tsui crowds.Check-in was seamless, with friendly staff (shoutout to Gladys at the front desk for her quick tips on local spots). My room was modern and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning partial harbour views—woke up to the sunrise over Victoria Harbour every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the rain shower, Nespresso machine, and smart controls for lights/AC added that luxe touch without feeling over-the-top. Soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or nearby construction.The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight—serene with lounge chairs and those epic skyline views, though it was a bit chilly in October for a full swim. I loved the all-day restaurant Siete Ocho; the fusion Spanish-Sichuan dishes (try the spicy prawns) were flavorful and reasonably priced. The fitness center is compact but well-equipped, and the shuttle service ran like clockwork.A minor gripe: During peak event times nearby, traffic can snarl up the area, but the hotel's proactive updates via app helped. Overall, for the value (especially with the Genius discount), this is a fresh, vibrant spot that captures Kai Tak's rebirth as Hong Kong's cool new hub. I'd return in a heartbeat—highly recommend for modern comfort with a side of urban energy!

The room was clean. We booked through Ctrip and no deposit was required. The front desk staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near several local cafes, and Binhai Park is also a short walk away if you fancy a stroll.

Location: It's about a ten-minute walk from both Mong Kok and Olympic MTR stations. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be a bit inconvenient. I only had one suitcase, so it was fine for me. The location is pretty decent.

Food: There's a dim sum place nearby called Sun Chan Kee Dim Sum that I absolutely love! It's a small place, always packed. They only accept cash! Most of the customers are locals from the neighborhood. I recommend going on non-public holidays, either at 7 AM or after 2 PM, to take advantage of their special '孖寶' (buy-one-get-one-free type) offer. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk to Mong Kok. Ladies' Market, Sneaker Street, Goldfish Street, and Langham Place are all very close by. It's a shopping paradise. Victoria Harbour is only three MTR stops away, costing about 5-6 HKD. The night view there is stunning.

Service: The service is absolutely excellent! Hotel staff actively greet you when they see you. If you speak Mandarin, they'll switch to Mandarin to communicate with you. They were patient throughout. Five stars!

Room: The room is small but clean. The facilities are a bit old but it doesn't affect the stay at all. The view from the window is also nice. The air conditioning in the room is very strong. All indoor air conditioning in Hong Kong is incredibly powerful!!! However, one downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. Every morning, the cleaning staff make a lot of noise outside while tidying up. I'm a light sleeper, so I couldn't go back to sleep in the mornings. But I slept well at night.

Overall, for just a few hundred dollars during the National Day holiday, this hotel is still quite good. If I get the chance to visit Hong Kong again and stay around Mong Kok, I might choose this hotel again.

The location is quite good since it near to the tram stop. However, there are no convenience stores nearby so prepare your stuff in advance. The room is great - it is clean, cold, and decently spacious. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but they don't provide toiletries - you can buy them at the lobby. Service is also good, the staff are accommodating and friendly. The check in process is also quick and straightforward. We didn't get to check out the other facilities besides the breakfast buffet. The selections are quite limited since their dining area is small. Overall, it is definitely worth staying at Dorsett Wanchai.

We had a great stay overall. The service was excellent; the receptionist was very helpful (Jason) hope I remembered right, and the room was cleaned promptly upon request.

A few minor things to note: It was a little difficult to find our room at first because the number wasn't on the door. We eventually realized it was on the floor by the doorstep! (Please see attached photos) 🤣

The complimentary meal vouchers were a nice touch, though they must be redeemed at the cafe across the street on Heard Street. (You need to walk like 10mins) 🫢

A word of advice for future guests: If you are traveling with senior citizens or have heavy luggage, this hotel may not be the most convenient. The walk to the bus stop on Tonnochy Road for airport transportation is about 15 minutes. Taking a taxi or Uber is a better option in that case. They do offer a scheduled shuttle bus to the Wanchai neighbourhood.

The bathroom is a bit small, but this is reasonable considering the hotel's affordable price. Our room was clean, and the non-smoking policy is strictly enforced * even at the back doors * so smokers must go downstairs.

While some reviews can be misleading, my experience was positive. This is a budget-friendly hotel where you get what you pay for, so it's important to manage your expectations. We were very happy with the value we received.

Situated in the neighbourhood area od Damansara, Dorsett Hartamas offers stylish stay at somehow mid-range price.

Plaza Damas is a stone's throw walking from the hotel, making it a suitable place to dine, shop and retreat.

However, I experienced the following, making the overall rating reduced:
1. No hot water for shower/ sink - until the next morning
2. The room is appeared compact and less spacious compared to what's been shown in website/ room selection
3. Not mentions of parking is paid separately (RM 3.70 per entry, not FOC)

Nice place to stay at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, Lot 10 and others. Room have more space than normal room and confortable bed. Available parking at the premises with RM11 per day multiple entry. The only unsatisfied moment that I have is, I am had my lunch at the cafe, chicken chop with brownies as a desert. But both taste not fresh. Only the french fries is good. Fresh, crispy and tasty. I hope they can ensure that all their food fresh after this.(My husband nasi goreng and sate is fresh)

Very clean and neat room, although the room is not spacious but overall staying experience was good, the bed very comfortable. About 10 to 15 mins walk to Pavilion KL.

Such a cozy and beautiful Hotel ! Good location & easy parking. The room was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities.. we felt like home. My daughter love the bath tub so much. Staff at the front desk are helpful and courteous during my check in process. Oh ya, to the staff named Fazila thank you so much for helping me when the room door could not be opened 🥰. Overall is ok..recommended to stay here!

Dorsett Residences is located right next to Dorsett Hotel, hence we share the same breakfast venue at Dorsett Hotel restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. There is no variety to the food and it honestly got a bit dreadful by the 3rd morning of our stay. The location of the apartment is good though, about 5-7min min walk away from Fahrenheit and Pavilion. The size of the apartment is just right for my family of 4. The staff will clean the room every day and I love it that there is a washer and dryer in the room for me to do laundry. However I was appalled that the bedsheets were not changed during the 4 nights I was there because the same black stains were visible on the bedsheets throughout. Apartment has a gym and swimming pool on the 30th floor that opens from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Grab the stay during Trip.com deals. Happy with the SG60 deals. Bed was comfortable and location was good. I feel room amenities can be improved... 

Room layout as show on photo however the toilet design can be better. There is no way i can enter the toilet and head in to the shower room... too cramp.

Hotel location is good. It's near changi airport and it's right beside changi city point mall. The room is clean and well maintained. Pillows could be better though.

During check In, we were told that the hotel will have a shutdown from 12am to 4am and if we would like to proceed with the check in. (We were reluctant to proceed as wife is pregnant and we already planned this for our birthday celebration).  Hotel admin could've told us earlier regarding this annual shutdown (no electricity, Aircon, ventilation etc) but they mentioned that the annual shutdown was a ”last minute plan”, which was questionable.

We decided to proceed as we had already travelled to the hotel and hotel gave us late check out at 2pm. The next day after 12pm, hotel personnel asked/called me a total of 3 times to ask what time I am checking out and asked if I am extending my stay. Apparently, the staff did not update our late check out in their system. This could be improved on their side instead of disturbing the guest.
