For Tokyo, where space and land come at a premium, this hotel is quite decent. It's located in the Asakusa and Ueno areas, offering a noticeably quieter atmosphere compared to the more bustling districts like Shinjuku and Ginza. The subway station is just a 5-6 minute walk away, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right on the ground floor of the hotel, making it very practical.

Short walk from Otorii station and convenience store near by. Shuttle bus service available. If you missed the bus, you can get to Haneda Airport by train.  I will use it again. Recommended.

The location is quite close to the station. Larger room compared to other business hotels. Self-check-in/out is easy and fast. 

The downside is that the refrigerator in the room doesn't have a freezer and is not cool enough. There are not that many amenities.

For our family trip, we stayed in three different room types at this property. Here are my thoughts on each:

1.  **Taylor King Room (1.6m bed):** The dark decor made it feel a bit gloomy and cramped. The room was small, and it had a lingering, strange smell that wouldn't go away.
2.  **Taylor Triple Room:** One of the beds wasn't a proper bed and had a noticeable gap in the middle. The price was nearly the same as booking two separate rooms.
3.  **Twin Room:** This one, however, was perfectly fine.

As for the location, you'll be spoiled for choice with food, as there are many small eateries around. Just a short walk away, there's an underground supermarket, and a convenience store on the next street, stocking everything you might need, from groceries to daily necessities, all at affordable prices.

A neat hotel that has many automated facilities from the robot check-in/out counters to luggage storage rooms. We had our room request fulfilled, lovely Tower view from our corner room on the top floor. The LG styler was a bonus - helped with refreshing our clothes after a great J-BBQ dinner. Just 10 mins walk from JR Hamamatsucho station or Haneda Monorail, 15 mins walk to Tokyo Tower and 3 mins away from Daimon subway below. We would stay here again!

Very impressive hotel. Walking distance from metro station, 5 mins walk. Many restaurants around. Checking in and out from self checking and out machines is convenient. Hotel bus to DisneyResort is okay except you need to queue for tickets half and hour earlier. Only 30 seats first come first serve.

amenities was great - near to 7/11 convenience store, morning hotel breakfast, snack hour, happy hour, clothes steamer. staffs are friendly and willing to help tourists too! downsides are (1) location is slightly further away from city centre but you can enjoy a quieter environment (2) they do not provide free water bottle. nonetheless a great experience overall :)

Standout point
Check-in and check-out are done by robot-dinosaur figures, which looks quite unique. You could also call for an employee, in case you prefer it that way.

Location
Hotel has a good location - fairly close to the railway station, so going to Nara and Kyoto will not be a problem. Also really close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, if you are into that kind of activity. Personally, a downside to it is that it is in Americamura, and people looking for a more traditional experience might find that not ideal. 
Only once have we heard any noises from the partiers, and by 10pm it already was quiet, so that is very good considering the location.

Amenities and cleanliness
The cleanliness level was good.

Breakfast
Pretty simple, fairly good. Main plate was the same every day we were there, and you could also take pastries, soup and drinks as you wanted from the buffet.

We had the best time here! The room was perfectly sized to fit us and our suitcases. The bathroom and bath were great to have the proper Japanese wash. USB outlets made it easy to charge our devices and the downstairs lounge was perfect to stop in for our delicious breakfast onigiri, midday snack or nighttime drinkies. 
Staff were so helpful when we arrived early so we could store our bags and immediately go sightseeing. Location is great and you’re so close to shopping and eating places as well as the train station nearby too. The icing on the cake was the cool animatronic dinosaurs at check in.
Cannot fault my stay here at all and will definitely come back here next time I’m in Osaka.

To put it bluntly: everything else is good, but I am very, very dissatisfied with the sound insulation. Because I am very sensitive to noise, I made a special note of the request when I booked. When I checked in, I could clearly feel that the hotel did not pay attention to my request through the room assigned by the hotel. Although I can understand that the room supply is tight on weekends, I have traveled to Japan countless times and stayed in countless hotels. I can clearly feel that the hotel does not pay attention to the needs of customers. As a result, I did not sleep well the whole night. Next time I come to Komatsu, I may not consider this hotel again.
