Stay Hotel Lisboa is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back, mid-priced hotel in Centro Saldanha. The hotel offers basic but clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is conveniently located close to downtown, with many restaurants, bars, and landmarks within walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the nearby metro station makes it easy to reach the city’s most popular attractions.  

Overall, the experience was good. The only aspect that could be improved is late-night access to the hotel. The automatic doors are closed, and sometimes the receptionist is busy organizing breakfast or handling other tasks. Since the doorbell does not always work, guests may have to wait until the receptionist notices them.

I liked the very clean and tidy room. The reception staff were also very kind and polite. I thought it might be noisy because it's in the center, but it was very quiet.
However, the air conditioner in the room I stayed in was very loud and woke me up in the middle of the night.
Maybe it was the off-season, but for breakfast they only checked what I needed and brought it to me. I thought it was a good system in terms of eliminating waste.
Amenities included shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a shampoo hat.

We didn't est at the hotel. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable. A bit of a walk ftom centre of Porto. Price was very good with introductory discount. Thank you.

As expected from a 3-star hotel, they clean it well every day, there are enough amenities, and the location is great as you can easily get to downtown Porto by subway or bus!

The room was cozy but wouldn’t recommend esp if you are travelling with luggages. The road in front of the hotel is closed for construction and there is just a narrow uphill stoned path to walk to the hotel. Also im not sure if it is the concierge lady or hotel policy, but they are reallly inflexible with late check-out request!! I explained that my partner is unwell, needed the loo and I asked for an additional 15mins pass check-out time (so 12:15pm) and i was informed that there’ll be a charge of 15 Euros!!! In terms of shower amenities, only 2 small tubes of 2-in-1 bath shampoo was provided. 

Overall i wouldnt return to this hotel again.
