Overall we enjoyed our stay here.   We came for a friend's wedding in October 2021, and will keep out wedding-specific items for this review.  

There are many activities in the complex, but we came to see friends, hang by the pool, eat and drink.  Overall this fit the criteria.  During this time, it was still very humid, but perfect for being in the pool (not necessarily a wedding outfit!)  

Room service is convenient, but not always fast, especially late at night.  I think 2 hours+ one evening for us.  The room service food was better than some of the restaurants in my opinion.  

We didn't go on the beach other than for a pre-wedding party.  



They go through COVID testing when you check in.

The sea is the worst in Cancun. Not only because of zargasos but also for rocks in the middle of it. It ruins the entire perception of cancun. 
A part from that “small detail” the staff was perfect, food and drinks good. 
We found a cucaracha under our bed... we were at las casitas. 

The hotel, the best but to pricy, so gritty expecting 6000 pesos for a less than 50 dollars game. 
Also not making up to the agreement, between Trip and Nickelodeon together.   Last time I use both

The service at this resort is phenomenal.  We were a large group for spring break and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with everything scheduling transportation to scheduling excursions. 

Food was EXCELLENT, all the staffs were super kind!!!! I definitely would come back here again.💛🇲🇽

I’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others.

My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!
