I had a wonderful stay at Lanou Hotel in Qingdao. The room was spotless, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the amenities to the room design, felt thoughtful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

A special thank you to Xiao Feng (小冯) at the front desk! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm smile and willingness to help made my stay feel even more personal and pleasant. Xiao Feng went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — she truly represents the best of hospitality.

We had booked a room without breakfast, or at least that's what I vaguely recalled. During breakfast, the chef was incredibly kind. She told us to go ahead and eat, and that we could simply settle the bill at the front desk later. When we went to reception to pay, the young man on duty surprised us with a discount of over 50%, which we really appreciated. Honestly though, compared to the excellent facilities and service of the rest of the hotel, the restaurant feels a bit neglected. It's rather small, and the food selection isn't very wide. If there's an opportunity, I'd suggest renovating it to elevate its overall quality. A heartfelt thank you once again to all the hotel staff for their warm and attentive service!

This stay was a truly wonderful experience. From the details to the service, everything was impeccable! The elegant lobby, with its high ceilings and exquisite decor, instantly exudes a sense of luxury. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, checking me in with a smile and thoughtfully explaining the hotel's special features, which made me feel warm and attentive.
The guest room was even more of a delight! It was spacious and bright, with a simple and stylish decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and it felt like sinking into a cloud, offering a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were high-end, with a well-designed dry and wet area, fast and consistent hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The intelligent control system made operation simple and convenient. Drawing the curtains instantly quieted the room, and the soundproofing was excellent.
The overall stay was a fantastic experience 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is near the highway and is also a very cost-effective hotel. It is suitable for choosing to repair it here by car. Own parking lot parking is worry-free, the service staff is professional and thoughtful to help with luggage, that day just in time for the rain, umbrella welcome, really remarkable! The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the experience was very satisfactory. I will choose this hotel again when I pass by here.

As a passenger who pays attention to details, Lanou gave me a big surprise. The room was spotless, the curtains had excellent shading effect, ensuring high-quality sleep, and the water pressure was stable. The hot water came quickly. It is very convenient to have a charging interface in the room. From these subtleties, I can really feel the hotel management's intentions and high-quality pursuit are impressive. It is also very convenient to come to Lushang Olympic Sports Center to watch the game. The location is very good. The surrounding environment is very good. I will choose this next time I travel.

Many business trips, Lanou Hotel is my first choice in Linyi! The decoration of the hotel is very stylish, and the details are exquisite, such as the murals and desk lamps in the room, which are very artistic. The bed was very comfortable, and I was tired for a day on a business trip and I could relax when I lay down. The front desk sunshine service is efficient, and you don't have to wait too long for check-in and check-out. There are many Linyi specialty restaurants around. It is very convenient to eat supper at night. The price is super high and highly recommended!

If you're driving to Dali, you absolutely have to stay at this place. It's absolutely amazing! I told the front desk lady in advance that I wanted to stay on a high floor, and the arrangements were very clear! I walked around and ate a lot when I got there, and then in the evening, I had to go to the eighth floor to enjoy the breeze and have a drink and a snack! And the breakfast was especially good! Just give it a try!
