We really like this Park Inn. Excellent cost performance for its spacious, new room and free lobby drinks, welcome fruit cup, evening soup and laundry facilities. 10-12 mins walk to/fro Tianfu Square and Taikoo Li Chunxi Road shopping area. Breakfast was decent, though we wished there were more visible or clearly labelled vegetarian or seafood options, especially for guests who do not take pork or have other dietary restrictions. We would also suggest putting up a sign or do active monitoring to limit each guest to 1 washer/dryer machine use at any one time at the laundry area. We encountered one inconsiderate guest hogging 3 out of 4 machines for long cycles, preventing others from using them. Nevertheless, we would stay here again!

During the Spring Festival, my family went to Chengdu. After comparing and comparing, we chose Park Inn under Jinjiang recommended by Ctrip. We booked a family room and a deluxe king-size bed room, which was great.
Service: First class! It's easy to get a taxi. The hotel is surrounded by Metro Line 5, which is very convenient! Like

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center and Polar Ocean Park. The service provided by Xiao Lu at the front desk is also very good. The stay experience is very good~

I had a great stay at the Park Inn by Radisson near Wuhou Shrine. The location is hard to beat—just a short walk to Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street, with plenty of local food and shops around. The room was clean, quiet, and really comfortable and everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I come back to this hotel every time in Chengdu. Great experience as a foreigner who doesn’t speak English. They try their best to help you.

This is an aging hotel with very likeable features.  The rooms are small, but clean and functional.  Although the building obviously needs some maintenance, such as elevators and bathroom sink plugs, the overall hotel stay experience is good.  The staff are professional, helpful and friendly.  The front desk staff are eager to assist us with the requests such as keeping the luggage and booking a ride.  The hotel is next to the railway and subway stations, so it is to get around.  There are also bank, convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

I chose Park Plaza for my business trip after comparing several hotels, and it turned out to be a truly great experience. 

First off, the location is incredibly convenient. With Shanghai recently experiencing scorching 38°C temperatures (feeling like 40°C!), I honestly don't know how I would've coped without the hotel's excellent location. It allowed me to drop by anytime for a rest, a refreshing shower, and complimentary iced drinks, which was a lifesaver in this heat. 

The breakfast spread was exceptionally generous. The selection of vegetables changed daily, and there was an abundant variety of meats, eggs, dairy, fruits, and vegetables, providing ample nutrition.

But what truly stood out was the service. Every member of the staff, from the housekeeping team to the front desk and customer service, was incredibly warm and welcoming. While no hotel is perfect, they genuinely went above and beyond to fulfill any reasonable request.

The hotel's location is superb, just a five-minute walk to both Daning International and Jiuguang. Plus, there are ample free parking spaces right outside the entrance.

Check-in was swift and efficient. The room was impeccably clean and completely odor-free. I particularly appreciated the latex pillows, which are a godsend for anyone with neck issues.

During check-out, I carelessly left my glasses in the room and didn't even realize it. Fortunately, the cleaning staff found them, and a front desk team member promptly called me and arranged for them to be couriered back to me. Such incredibly thoughtful service!

As I was leaving, a wonderful staff member even offered me some fruit for my journey. What's more, when I couldn't recall my parking spot number, she personally accompanied me to locate my car and helped unlock the parking barrier.

The facilities are excellent, with a self-service laundry room and a gym. The gym equipment is also quite good, and everything looks fairly new and well-maintained—no dirt, as a cleaning lady tidies up daily. The cleanliness is quite good, definitely up to a four-star standard. The environment is very quiet, and just outside the complex is the highway entrance, plus parking is free. It’s really great value for money, and being by the river, the views are pretty nice. Next time, I might try booking a scenic king-sized room. It's very close to the outlet mall, which is convenient for shopping. With the weather getting cooler recently, it’s perfect for an evening stroll to the outlets. Back in the hotel complex, there’s a cinema that's almost always empty, so you can essentially have it all to yourself—highly recommended!

Fantastic Location, Exceeded Expectations in Comfort

On this trip to Tianjin, I chose to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in the Italian Style Street, and it truly was a delightful surprise! It absolutely deserves a full five-star rating!

First off, the location is unbeatable! The hotel is situated right in the famous Italian Style District. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by charming streets and architecture, perfect for photos and leisurely strolls. Most importantly, it's incredibly close to Tianjin Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. For a traveler like me dragging luggage, this was an absolute godsend – transportation convenience gets full marks!

Secondly, the room experience was fantastic! The moment I opened the door, I had a great first impression. The room's layout and arrangement were very well-designed, making it feel spacious and comfortable, not at all cramped. Most importantly, the cleanliness absolutely deserves five stars! From the bedding to the bathroom and the desk, everything was spotless. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor.

Another small detail that really stood out was the subtle, fresh scent in the room. It wasn't an overpowering or artificial air freshener, but rather a very relaxing and pleasant aroma. The moment I walked in, half of my travel fatigue seemed to melt away, and I instantly felt at ease.

Finally, dining and entertainment options were incredibly convenient! Right outside, you'll find bustling snack streets and a variety of restaurants. If you get hungry at night, you can easily go down for a bite to eat. Authentic local delicacies like Jianbing Guozi, shuligao (steamed pear cake), Tianjin cuisine, and more were all available – you definitely won't go hungry!

In summary, this was a nearly perfect stay, combining convenient transportation, a beautiful environment, comfortable accommodation, and excellent food options. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I've made it a habit to choose the Park Inn by Radisson Airport whenever I have an overnight layover. Not only do they provide airport shuttle service, but the rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, the surroundings are quiet, and the front desk staff are warm and polite. A special thank you to the driver who dropped me off today; he proactively helped me with my luggage and didn't leave until it was safely loaded onto the luggage cart. The Park Inn by Radisson Tianjin Airport branch boasts convenient transportation. A bus stop is just across the street from the hotel entrance, offering direct routes to the subway, making travel easy. Ordering takeout is also a breeze. Next time I have a layover in Tianjin, I will definitely stay here again!

For the price, this is absolutely amazing. 

1. The room size is just nice, with a very nice view to Wu Da Dao area. The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. 
2. Location is a little far from the nearest metro station but it is right on the border of Wu Da Dao tourist attraction. It is also within walking distance to Heping Road shopping area and the River as well as the attractions along the river.  
3. Breakfast was basic and within my expectation.  
4. The hotel stuff are very nice and friendly people.
5. Free self service washing machine and dryer - love it.

Only 1 minus point us that wheelchaired guests may find it hard to access the hotel.  There might be an entrance with ramp that I was not aware of though because there are ramps inside the hotel. 

Overall, highly recommended!

The rooms are trendy and smartly designed, and the service is excellent. The lobby offers a self-service coffee machine and complimentary welcome fruits. The bedding is comfortable, and while the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the taste is quite good. For the price, it offers great value for money and is perfect for those traveling by car.
