It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Hamburg Central Station. The hotel has a very stylish design. You can check in by yourself, but the program is not easy to use. Not only did I choose ”English”, but it was partially displayed in German so I couldn't understand it, and it suddenly got stuck... In the end, I had to ask the front desk to check in manually. But the room facilities are very good, very new, and very beautiful. There are free hot and cold drinks in the lobby, and there is a mini supermarket for self-service shopping

The room condition is exactly as shown in the photo, and the staff was very kind even late at night and took care of my luggage storage.
The best thing about this hotel is that water, coffee, various drinks, and tea are provided free of charge 24 hours a day without any worries. Considering the price of nearby drinks, it was a really good service.
The condition of the nearby accommodations is not very good, but this place was quiet and comfortable, and the prices at the mart right next door were cheap, which was nice.
It was nice that there was a system to heat the bathroom floor. The room was clean and it was close to the bus stop and subway, which was nice.

Hotel is great in general. Location is excellent. It’s just a 5 min walk from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf), you can literally see the station from the hotel. Metro station (Keplerplatz) is just 10 min walk from the hotel. Self check in, room is neat, most importantly noise blocking is pretty good at night. They tidy your room every three nights, but you could always ask for a fresh set of towels at the reception.

🙁Try to avoid normal check-in concepts “12-2pm”, as their official check-in is 3 pm.
🙁Try to avoid check-in in weekend, basically you can’t find anything to eat, otherwise the near-by market “Netto” will be your last solution.
😀Good & Friendly customer service, the elder receptionist helped me to check-in (around 1 pm) when she saw me having the lunch in the canteen.
😀Convenient shuttle bus service to the airport.
😀Numerous bus stops around the hotel, seem like easy to getting the public transport to other place (although I didn’t try one)
