Staying at the Regent Pudong felt like stepping into a luxurious dream amidst the Lujiazui skyline.

From my room at night, the dazzling lights of the Bund and Lujiazui were perfectly framed by the window. The hotel's unique and artistic lighting design blended seamlessly with the urban nightscape outside, creating an ambiance that was both modern and elegant.

The high-altitude pool was an absolute standout. Swimming there during the day, with the Oriental Pearl Tower and surrounding skyscrapers right before your eyes, felt like enjoying a private aquatic oasis atop the city. This dual visual and experiential impact truly showcased the hotel's high-end quality.

From the luxurious and refined facilities to its unparalleled location, the Regent Pudong is undoubtedly a top choice for upscale accommodation in Lujiazui. Every detail reflects the brand's meticulous care, and it comes highly recommended!

Her service, much like the hotel's quality, was exquisite and warm, making this stay in Pudong absolutely perfect. I truly commend EVA's professional service and the Regent Pudong's premium quality!

Before our check-in, the hotel called, thoughtfully inquiring if we had children and mentioning they would prepare kid-friendly amenities. Unfortunately, these seem to have been overlooked upon our arrival. The lobby's air conditioning was incredibly powerful; it felt quite chilly stepping in from the summer heat. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice gesture. However, upon arriving at 3:20 PM, we were informed our room wasn't ready and had to wait until 4 PM. While we waited, they offered us complimentary drinks. We ordered three, but were then informed that only two of them would be on the house. The balcony offered a fantastic view, and the hotel boasted an impressive design aesthetic. The pool staff were very attentive, and the kids absolutely loved the warm soaking pool.

The location is very central and easy accessible to large shopping malls and 赤峰街，however I need to emphasize the lack of training for front desk staff.

Even though my room was a refurbished one ( I believe) the whole aircon system is still outdated and the worst thing is that it stopped working in the middle of the night ( for 1-2 hours). 

The walls and windows are paper thin, thus you can hear your neighbors v clearly, so I had a couple fighting on the one side and another couple watching TV and laughing on the other side, all of this around midnight.

**Signature Pool:** Its iconic outdoor infinity pool directly overlooks Victoria Harbour, widely hailed as one of Hong Kong's ”most beautiful pools.”
**Thoughtful Service:** The hotel's meticulous attention to detail is evident through its 24-hour butler service and personalized welcome amenities, such as handwritten cards and special desserts.

*   **Lai Ching Heen:** This Michelin-recognized restaurant specializes in exquisite Cantonese cuisine, with signature dishes like its acclaimed Char Siu and Steamed Crab with Hua Diao Wine receiving widespread praise.
*   **Lobby Lounge Afternoon Tea:** The Lobby Lounge's Afternoon Tea offers a classic English three-tiered set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour, making it perfect for picturesque moments and Instagram-worthy photos.

### 4. Service & Reputation
**Staff Professionalism:** The staff consistently deliver exceptional, multilingual service, responding promptly to needs. They are frequently praised for being 'attentive yet unobtrusive,' a quality particularly appreciated by mainland Chinese guests.

For football enthusiasts, the hotel lobby proudly displays three autographed Cristiano Ronaldo jerseys, conveniently located right next to the K11 Cristiano Ronaldo Museum – a perfect spot for fan photos. It was even rumored that Cristiano Ronaldo and his Al Nassr team stayed here when they played a match in Hong Kong on August 15th. What a shame I missed that!
