The hotel room facilities were great overall. The room had a bathtub, and they even provided disposable bath liners. The hairdryer was powerful, and they even had a special box in the room for takeout. If you're too tired to leave, you can order in and simply dispose of the packaging in the box!

Breakfast is served on the 40th floor, and the selection was quite extensive. Just a tip: when heading to breakfast, make sure to take the regular elevator, not the scenic one, as the regular one goes directly to the restaurant. From the breakfast restaurant, you can also enjoy stunning views of Hangzhou's Qiantang River.

Finally, a word about the infinity pool bar on the 41st floor! It's incredibly photogenic, perfect for snapping some amazing shots. By day, it's a kid-friendly swimming haven, and in the evening, you can catch the sunset – another perfect opportunity for incredible photos.

I checked in past 11 PM, and the friendly front desk staff member quickly got me settled. They offered two complimentary cocktail vouchers, which I couldn't use as I'm pregnant. Thoughtfully, he swapped them for coffee and milk instead. He even came out to guide me to the parking lot!

One last tip: when checking out the next day, make sure to disable any auto-pay parking features on your phone first. Then, inform the front desk of your license plate number to get complimentary parking. Otherwise, there might be a mix-up!

Staying in the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou was an absolute delight! The environment is simply beautiful; it truly felt like living in a forest 🪴. The air is incredibly fresh, which instantly put me in a fantastic mood!

Nearby, you'll find attractions such as Nanping Hill ⛰️, Leifeng Pagoda, Prince Bay Park, and the China Academy of Art. Most importantly, it's just a short walk to West Lake, perfect for a leisurely stroll or watching the sunset!

My overall experience at Yuhuangshan Manor was exceptional. Upon check-in, I was immediately offered water, a thoughtful and welcoming touch that made me feel very comfortable. There's also a charming little garden downstairs, perfect for an after-dinner stroll.

The hotel is completely enveloped by lush greenery, which created a truly serene and pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and remarkably quiet. I particularly appreciated the subtle ambient lighting by the bed – a thoughtful detail that helped me drift off to sleep very quickly.

The service was also impeccable and attentive, truly reinforcing the idea that a comfortable stay and good mood are what truly matter. 🥰

Taking a taxi to nearby restaurants or shopping areas was quick and easy, which was another big plus for me!

I saw mixed reviews on a guide book and was worried... After checking in, I realized that my previous worries were unnecessary. Our room was on the first floor, with a high ceiling, a full sense of space, a large room, a large and comfortable bed, and a good sanitary environment. Except that the room was facing the parking lot and felt a little unsafe, everything else was very satisfactory! ! Five-star praise from my daughter: I will come to Tonglu next time.

🍽 Catering: There is a lakeside restaurant in the resort area, you can eat three meals a day and afternoon tea, the category is rich, there is a love pool and a children's playground on the first floor.

💁 Service: There is a one-to-one housekeeper at check-in, breakfast, wifi, shuttle service can be arranged at any time

I came here for the second time. The environment of the homestay is very good. There are many activities suitable for children to play around. The outdoor area is very large, with a wooden playground and a small train. It is very suitable for family outings. The room is also very cute, and the balcony is very large, suitable for gatherings and sunbathing. The experience is very good. I will bring my children here again next time.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, warm service, and the housekeeper is attentive and considerate. He picked us up at the parking lot and helped us carry our luggage. He explained the tour route of the scenic area to us along the way. When we checked in, he upgraded our room type according to the hotel's occupancy that day, so we decided to stay one more day on the spot.

Hygiene: Whether it is the public area or the guest room, you can feel the attentiveness of the waiters everywhere. It is very clean and comfortable
Environment: You can see the beautiful scenery of Qishu Lake when you open the window. The air is very good
Service: I have to say that it is really the right choice to come to Hongcun to live here. No matter when, they can respond to everything
