This is exactly the ideal hotel I always wanted to stay at. The ambiance is grand and elegant, and the hotel staff provided warm, high-quality service with seamless communication. The room even came equipped with a pour-over coffee maker and drip coffee bags. Its location right by the high-speed train station makes transportation incredibly convenient. Crucially, the soundproofing is excellent; despite being able to see the high-speed trains from the window, I couldn't hear a single sound, which ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering local traditional specialties. For my short trip where I didn't have time to sightsee, it really gave me a delightful taste of Ningbo. My only minor suggestion for improvement: the self-service coffee and milk tea machines only have Chinese interfaces, with no English. I noticed a foreigner at breakfast looking a bit confused, so I helped him out.

The room was bigger than I expected, clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future.

Very good experience. Clean room and nice view. Also so many places around to visit in the evening. Facilities are limited, but it is understandable for such size of the building. I would say that the quality /price ratio is high. Well done 👍

The hotel service staff are very friendly. The room facilities and equipment are well maintained. It is clean and tidy. The area is large and the stay is very spacious and comfortable. It’s also very convenient for friends to come visit me. It’s cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room was very nice, I really liked the seat of this tea party friend, very elegant, the tea delivered was also very fragrant, really good. The bathroom was clean, there was no door, really, the first time I met a hotel without a door, it was really a bit embarrassing to bring the big baby. Downstairs is still very lively, all kinds of food are available. There is also a rich breakfast, braised pork, braised beef mixed taste as a noodle soup base is really good, the family is very satisfied. A little bit of vomiting, a lot of mosquitoes, into the room to play no less than ten, finally can sleep at ease.

I accidentally chose to stay at this golf hotel. I was very surprised, especially the housekeeper Guo Guo. The service is too thoughtful! Great location! I will continue to choose this hotel when I go to Cixi in the future, very satisfied!

Suggestions for Improvement:

Firstly, I suggest offering a hotel orientation or tour service. It's possible this service exists, but I was quite busy upon arrival and wasn't able to arrange it.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, and we ended up waiting for over an hour, which felt quite prolonged. If we were to stay again, it would be greatly appreciated if some refreshments, like tea, could be offered during such delays, and an estimated waiting time provided.

I hope the hotel can either provide or sell insect repellent. We encountered quite a few mosquitoes and bugs flying around us while taking photos. We hadn't anticipated this, so it would be helpful if the hotel could inform guests in advance or make it readily available.

The hotel reportedly hosts various activities, but we didn't get to experience any this time, perhaps due to insufficient guest participation. In Lijiang, we've seen hotels facilitate social groups for guests to connect, and I hope this hotel could consider a similar initiative. Given the beautiful night views, perhaps activities like movie screenings could be organized. It's also essential to clearly inform guests about the day's activities. The same principle applies to paid programs: since there are butlers, they should be equipped with pre-written information/pitches and promotional posters to distribute to every guest.

Lastly, this morning, I was woken up before 8 AM by the sound of an electric saw from renovation work while I was still sleeping. I kindly request that if such tasks are not extremely urgent, they avoid scheduling them for early mornings.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we entered, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and quickly helped us check in. Manager Pan even proactively told us about nearby restaurants and tourist routes, which was very thoughtful. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent natural light; opening the curtains revealed a street view, instantly lifting my spirits. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making me feel right at home, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and toiletries were readily available. Even the hot water came out quickly, without any waiting. The breakfast selection was exceptionally rich, with both Chinese and Western options; the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. It's very close to the subway station and shopping malls, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. Overall, the service and environment were impeccable.

由於某朵酒店停水，訂了這家酒店。太多驚喜，給自己點贊👍🏻首先一進大堂，寬敞的空間，温馨的擺設佈置，還有貼心的深夜粥點。核對訊息辦理入住手續很快，還免費升級了豪華房，一路指引到電梯口。房間很大，分區很到位。設施都挺新的。早餐品種尚可，品嚐到了象山特色點心。由於職業原因，本人屬於對酒店有點挑剔的人。但這是很滿意的一次入住體驗。下次到象山還會繼續選擇這家。

招寶山飯店以前就是非常不錯的酒店，這次重裝開業以全新的面貌迎接各地來客，驚喜預訂舒舍大床房前台給免費升級套房，早餐也非常豐富，符合大眾口味要求，停車方便，周邊餐飲購物特別去南街菜場購買海鮮水產及乾貨尤其方便，總體來説非常滿意，應該説下一次來鎮海，招寶山飯店一定是首選要考慮的。

It was raining when I got out of the car, and a staff member immediately came over with an umbrella to help me. They even wiped down my wet suitcase. At check-in, the front desk informed me that my room had just been aired out and handed me a bottle of mineral water without any unnecessary pleasantries, which felt very genuine. The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly tidy, and the bedding felt crisp and dry. The next day, I had an early start, and the restaurant specially packed breakfast for me, even adding an extra boiled egg, saying it would be good to snack on during my journey. Every small detail made me feel comfortable; this kind of practical service experience was extraordinary. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip here.

The hotel is right in front of the park, and the environment is very good. Although it is a little far from Lu Xun's hometown, it costs about 50 yuan to take a taxi, but we arranged our last day's itinerary in Keqiao Town, and finally chose Nanyuan based on the cost performance. It turned out to be a good choice! The hotel environment is very good, the design is also simple and elegant, the staff are very warm and polite, and the front desk also gave small gifts to the children! The breakfast is rich! A suggestion: add a conditioner to the toiletries, which is a must for women's shampoo

The hotel is very new and well-equipped. It was very comfortable to stay in and I had a good sleep. However, the delivery robot was a little slow to get up to the upper floors, and the food was cold when it arrived.

The hotel is relatively new overall, the rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk service is attentive, the restaurant has rich food, the sleeping environment is quiet, the overall experience is good, it is worth staying, and the manager is a beautiful woman, I feel good after seeing it, I will book here next time!
