this hotel was conveniently located next to masjid alharam & clock towerand easily found. the rooms were large, comfortable & well-equipped with necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful & we appreciated the late check-out. The rooms were clean, very comfortable & the lift was super fast. the food for breakfast so yummy with arabic etc dishes. we're very happy with our stay for long hajj & umrah season & highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Great experience, the staff was amazing and went way and beyond, we had 3 rooms 3428, 3431 both with kabba view. The rooms were clean and spacious the bathroom on the smaller side. The manager on our floor was great, he made our stay perfect, breakfast was sent to our room for my disable father. Very considerate. 10/10 overall. I have stayed in other hotels in clock tower but this by far is the best. Thank you, hope to stay again soon

I'm a loyal customer of Swiss, having stayed frequently even before the pandemic. The location is superb, directly connected to the Aguri Center and opposite Union Metro Station, making it very convenient for both transportation and shopping.

However, it seems the hotel staff has transitioned from the original Indian team to Filipino and African employees. To be honest, the efficiency has dropped, and the service isn't as good as it used to be. Additionally, the facilities are showing their age, and the shower water isn't very hot anymore.

Cleanliness is still acceptable, but I hope for improvements. The breakfast clientele now seems to predominantly cater to Indian guests, with the cuisine leaning towards Indian flavors. Nevertheless, the overall price remains quite reasonable.

As a side note, I accidentally left my phone at the hotel. After prompt communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email, I was able to retrieve it a few days later.

Third time in this hotel and probably this will be the last... a disaster. 
First for all ALL members please consider if u book with Third part here they will not only not give u reward points as normal, but they will neither consider your status... or maybe like in my case even worse... and price is so different on accor system that probably they consider your status a burden and charge an higher price to handle you.

Than to the stay problems...
My room was not ready till after 4, I had a meeting schedule for 3 and hoped to be able to drop the luggage before... but impossible and I had to change myself in the spa. Please note I sent a mail 1 week before requesting a 1h early check in and even my all accor status (platinum) 

In the room there was and issue with the tv. I call and they fix it.

Second day if my stay when I back at 4 my room was not set up, I had to call 3 times to get it done, but again not something should be done 

The room is spacious even if old and tired. Hotwater at 7.30am require some minute to arrive.

Consider if you are placed on a low floor you will feel the huge noisy bars and club behind you, that will keep you awake till about 1am

Breakfast is ok, with an extensive range if food and good quality.

Staff is super kind and helpful, but they cannot do nothing, basically to every complain i did they simply answer with an apoligy and nothing change... so clearly a problem in the management procedure.

My conclusion is: even if u get a great deal on trip.com, and definitely is still better book here than the hotel booking system as around 30% cheaper, there are so many better option in the same price and standard range.

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.
