The foreign staff member spoke in a very low voice, and it seemed as though he was explaining things to someone who clearly had no control, which made for a completely pointless conversation. I wanted him to explain things properly in Japanese, so I ended up calling a Japanese staff member. I hope they can determine whether they can do this and take appropriate action.
Also, the entire staff is on Okinawa time, acting like a soba delivery person. Some customers are not happy with this, so I would like them to respond more efficiently if possible.

The swimming pool is very good. There are no children in the main club building, which is very suitable for adults to vacation. The dining in the executive lounge at any time is incomparable to the first-floor hotels in China. The shuttle service with the terrace building is available on call, which is not bad.

Food: Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. Personally, I preferred the Japanese choices, as the Western selection was a bit limited. Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices.

Stay: The room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy.

Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making it easy to pop out for a drink at an izakaya in the evening.

On his birthday, I used it last year and this year. The view, rooms, staff and service were all very good. For lunch, I had a light lunch with the hotel's private beer and spent a relaxing time. I was happy to have red wine at cocktail time this year. The dinner was also great. The attentiveness of the staff is very good. I want to go again next year.
