My husband and I spent a wonderful week at the Palm Beach Club hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and we ate well.

I finally had the chance to check into the long-awaited TUI BLUE Xiangheley Resort, and I must say, this was an absolutely perfect experience that far exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the pervasive luxurious atmosphere and stunning design.

First, let's talk about the ambiance: the hotel's overall design is a true masterpiece! It seamlessly blends modern simplicity with natural Zen aesthetics, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The lobby boasts astonishing high ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, complemented by carefully selected furniture and artworks, making it feel like walking into a high-end art gallery. The room itself was full of pleasant surprises—a spacious layout, high-quality bedding, smart climate control, luxurious brand toiletries, and a lavish bathtub that you'll never want to leave once you're in it! Luxury and meticulous attention to detail were evident everywhere.

What truly deserves the highest praise is the service here! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. The front desk lady had a sweet smile, quickly processed our check-in, and thoughtfully offered welcome drinks and a map. Room service was prompt, and turndown service even included a careful goodnight amenity placed on the bedside table. We even casually mentioned wanting to book a nearby attraction, and the front desk gentleman proactively helped us contact them and planned out the route! This level of service, far exceeding expectations, truly made us feel 'at home away from home.'

The dining experience was equally impressive! Breakfast was so lavish it felt like a full meal, featuring freshly baked bread, local specialty snacks, made-to-order omelets… every bite was a delight for the taste buds. Dinner at the hotel's main restaurant featured fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation, and combined with the stunning night view outside the window, truly maximized the romantic ambiance!

In summary, TUI BLUE Xiangheley is undoubtedly one of the most highly recommended resort hotels I've ever stayed in. Whether you seek a luxurious and comfortable stay, appreciate design-centric aesthetics, or value exceptionally thoughtful service, this place perfectly delivers. I'm already eagerly planning my next visit!

the staff at this hotel really make the stay. They are friendly and attentive without being over the top. The house staff were very efficient and did a great job of getting our room cleaned and ready often before we got back from breakfast. The restaurant was great, top floor looking over the beach. It was busy but handled the numbers easily. We extended our stay after the first 4 day booking, it was close to everything we wanted to do and very family friendly.
