This time, I stayed in a suite at the Wanda Yihua in Qianmen. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was overwhelmed by the attentiveness of every moment. As soon as I got off the car, the doorman quickly stepped forward to take my suitcase, smilingly asking if I'd like a glass of warm water. He then accompanied me all the way to my room, not letting me carry any luggage. Once inside, he didn't rush to leave. Instead, he meticulously explained the room's amenities. He first demonstrated how the smart panel switches between ”sleep” and ”movie” modes with a single click, then pointed to the bathroom's heated showerhead and said, ”The water temperature is already adjusted, just use it.” He even explained which drinks in the minibar were free and how to adjust the temperature in the refrigerator. He was both professional and patient.

Only after he left did I notice a welcome gift on the bedside table—a small frosted cake with warm milk. A handwritten note was attached to the cake box: ”Enjoy your stay. Contact us if you need heated dishes.” This small detail instantly touched me, and much of the travel fatigue melted away.

The suite itself was also a pleasant surprise. The space was spacious and airy, and the bedding was made of soft, glutinous cotton. Lying down there felt like sinking into a cloud. From the window, you could see the bustling streets of Qianmen Street. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and was equipped with not only branded toiletries but also makeup remover pads and body lotion. Even the hair dryer was high-powered, making it very convenient for drying hair. During my three-day stay, whether I needed an extra pillow or inquired about nearby tour routes, the front desk responded quickly. This kind of customer-centric service, coupled with the comfortable living environment, will definitely make me come back next time I'm in Beijing.

Since it wasn't peak season, we were upgraded to a superior room on a higher floor. The room was very clean, and having a laundry room was a huge plus – I managed to wash all my clothes from the previous few days! This was a real lifesaver, especially with the hot weather; otherwise, I would have definitely run out of clean clothes. Overall, the hotel service was great, but the breakfast was quite mediocre. Items like the youtiao (fried dough sticks) and waffles were hard, as if they had been prepared a long time ago. Jiqing Street nearby is fantastic for a stroll and very picturesque. The Maoyuanwai craft beer right downstairs was amazing – I even bought three cases to take home! Plus, it's super close to Cha Yan Yue Se, which meant I could grab several drinks daily. The location is truly superb, highly recommended.

Seriously can't recommend this place enough! I went to Hangzhou during the National Day holiday, and because my son has high standards for hotels, I spent two days picking one. I finally settled on this one, and as soon as we arrived, my son said it was exactly what he liked. The moment we stepped inside, the hotel environment felt really great. And the front desk service was exceptional; I even told my family how incredibly warm and thoughtful the staff were. They considered everything and were so attentive, even upgrading our room based on our family's situation. Once we checked in, it was so comfortable, and the room was huge and fully smart. The robot delivery for takeout was especially convenient. Breakfast was delicious too, with lots of options, and the breakfast area felt really upscale – I took so many photos! Anyway, I just highly, highly recommend it!!
