I booked this hotel for my friend's wedding gift when I was staying in the same hotel.  I contact the hotel in advance for the parking and extra pet. (Yes, they are a pet friendly hotel)Very good convenience location, restaurants, shopping mall and shops are just on your door steps.  Excellent services from the front desk, well choices of breakfast, lining and shampoo, lotion.  They even have a dog bed for my friend' pet.  You felt the homey as it is with a dip of sparks of everywhere in the hotel that you definitely need to stay at the Nofo when you are in stockholm.

Superb location, hotel entrance is just less than 3 min walk from the Slussen metro station. Slussen station is 1 station away from T-central station, it is a very convenience location. Bed is comfortable, friendly staffs and fantastic breakfast buffet. The hotel is a heritage building, so be mindful that there is no lift. If you check in early, the staff will help to send the luggage to your room. Walkable to SOFO area, which has many hip and creative shops and restaurants.

The three stars for the service here are for the Trip customer support staff and Petra who’s one of the hotel’s counter staff). We thank them for their assistance and support! The first night at the hotel was in fact terrible due to the irresponsible behaviour of the staff of the hotel.

Booked it for my mom, she was overall very happy and praised the room, building atmosphere, location and breakfast options but had some issues with traffic noise some nights. I stayed during the same time in a room facing the inner courtyard and had 0 issues so might be worth thinking about if youre not a heavy sleeper.

The whole experience was mediocre, the staff tried hard but didn’t seem to be well trained. Food was overpriced, we were charged 2€ each for ‘filtered’ tap water, bread was brought out cold so I had to send it back. It was great to have a play areas but some of the toys were very dirty. There are no cups in the gym, you must bring a water bottle to use the water. The free weights were great but the gym was dirty. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable. It seemed clean but given the play area and gym, it caused me to question. We had a good view of the plane landing. It was relatively quiet given proximity to the airport. There is not shampoo or conditioner in the shower, there is a 2 in 1 soap/shampoo and you can ask for conditioner. 
Check out process was super fast and I give a 5/5.
Overall, it was way overpriced, fine to spend the night before our flight but we won’t go back.

I booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.

Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.
