I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Furongguo Changsha and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Alice. From the moment I arrived, her warm smile and professional demeanor made me feel instantly welcomed. 

Alice went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. She patiently answered all my questions, provided insightful recommendations for local dining spots, and even helped arrange transportation for a last-minute itinerary change. Her attention to detail was remarkable—she remembered my preferences and proactively addressed small needs before I even mentioned them.

Recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel, the overall experience was great! The hotel's facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and people sleep well. The sanitary conditions are also impeccable, and the whole hotel is kept very clean and tidy.

Especially worth mentioning is the hotel's service, from the front desk to the room service, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, smiling, giving people a feeling of being at home. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good, which can meet the needs of different tastes. In addition, the hotel's gym facilities are also very complete, adding a lot of fun to the stay.

In short, this stay experience is very satisfactory, whether it is business travel or leisure vacation, Wyndham Hotel is a recommended choice! Looking forward to coming back next time!

During our week-long trip to Xiamen, we chose to go sailing in Wuyuan Bay and stayed at the Wyndham. A special thanks to our butler, Annie, for her warm hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, providing her WeChat so we could ask questions and get assistance anytime. Seeing that we were two adults and two children, the hotel proactively upgraded our room. The room was beautiful and boasted a stunning sea view. The kids were absolutely thrilled the moment they stepped inside! We had a very comfortable night's sleep, as the bedding was wonderfully cozy. It was a shame the weather was overcast; otherwise, we could have watched the sunrise right from our bed.

The hotel is incredibly close to the Broken Bridge at West Lake, and the transportation right outside is super convenient. Plenty of food options nearby too. Wulin Night Market and a food court are also easily accessible. The front desk service was excellent, especially their warm and friendly attitude! I was particularly impressed with Leon's service. 👍 Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

During my stay at your hotel, from entering the lobby to checking out, Karen at the front desk provided impeccable service in every detail. During check-in, the front desk staff was patient and attentive. Not only did they quickly complete the check-in process, but they also proactively informed me of breakfast times, elevator locations, and even helpfully pointed out nearby neighborhoods suitable for strolling, instantly alleviating any unfamiliar surroundings. The staff, especially Karen, smiled throughout, making us feel incredibly friendly. This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have done without the dedication of every staff member. I will definitely stay at your hotel again when I return to this city, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!
