The staff was kind to me. The room was quite modern. The gym is great! Fully equipped.

Yotelpad is ideally located. Just steps from Biscayne Market, shops, bars and restaurants and the metromover.
Clean and very well appointed apartment (bathroom, kitchen area, etc.) The beds are comfortable (including the one built into the wall).
In terms of facilities, the gym is quite complete and the heated swimming pool area is pleasant.
Several elevators and their selection system help limit waiting times despite the many floors. The hotel is modern. The staff is pleasant.
The only negative point would be the waiting time for breakfast... allow around 45 minutes between the time you are seated (and there is sometimes a wait to get a table) and your breakfast is served.

Poor Experience – Unacceptable Room Condition (8–9 July 2025)

I had a highly disappointing stay at YOTELAIR Singapore Changi, especially considering its premium location within the airport where guests expect cleanliness, safety, and comfort.

1. Broken Bed Frame – The bed frame was visibly damaged, with peeling material that made it look neglected and uninviting.


2. Faulty Hair Dryer – The hair dryer had a broken wire connection, posing a serious safety hazard. It was completely unusable.


3. Stained Walls – The walls were marked and stained, reflecting poor upkeep and a lack of proper maintenance.


4. Unclean Amenities – The shampoo bottle was dirty, with visible residue and stains—completely unacceptable for any paid accommodation.



For the price paid, this room fell far below expectations. The lack of basic hygiene and maintenance is alarming. Housekeeping and maintenance protocols clearly need urgent improvement. I sincerely hope management takes immediate steps to address these issues. Not recommended in its current condition.

Hotel fairly convenient for Shimbashi station. Google maps can get a bit confused about the route from the station because of all of the tall buildings. Should take about 5/6 mins walk. 

Hotel new, modern and clean. 

Check in is done via a machine. It took a few goes as it wouldn’t create the keys. Because of that you don’t really get a personal service. Had to ask about breakfast to ensure it was included and check the opening times. 

Room is small. I knew that going into it. Nowhere to put a large case. We had two large and two small and it was a case of constantly stepping over cases. If you are only staying a couple of days then it’s fine. I wouldn’t do it for any longer. 

Room very modern. Bed was electric and could rise and fall depending on needs. I don’t really like rooms where you don’t have a separate wash basin / toilet and shower so that is another mark down in rating. 

We didn’t realise until the second day that we had not been given the amenities. As on the second day toothbrushes and slippers appeared. You generally get these in all hotels. 

Air con was either too powerful or the room was too hot. There was no comfortable middle ground. 

Check out wouldn’t work on the automated machine, the staff made us try again even though it wouldn’t work. 

Overall it was nice to have a modern and clean room but I really prefer more space. And a more personal service
