Our experience was absolutely wonderful! First off, it was our first time staying here and the front desk lady proactively upgraded our room. Then, I accidentally left my glasses at the hotel, and a staff member actually called to remind me. So many hotels don't bother with lost and found calls – I've lost plenty of things that way! 😂
The bellhops were also incredibly helpful, with two people always ready to assist. All in all, the experience was fantastic, and the location is excellent too. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shanghai!

I recently stayed at Guangzhou Soluxe Hotel for a business trip, and my overall experience exceeded expectations! As a well-established five-star hotel, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. The lobby's signature scent and high ceilings immediately create a sense of luxury.

📍Location: Absolutely five stars! It's located in the central Tianhe district, just a 10-minute walk to Zhujiang New Town subway station. Nearby, you'll find shopping centers like Taikoo Hui and Grandview Mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. A nighttime stroll to Huacheng Square to admire the Canton Tower's night view is simply delightful!

🛏️Room: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was quite spacious (around 40 sqm) with expansive city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The Slumberland bedding was just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a bathtub. The L'Occitane Verbena toiletries were a definite plus! While some furniture showed slight signs of age, everything was clean and well-maintained.

This time I stayed at the Zhongyou Hotel, and the experience was amazing! Stepping into the lobby, the elegant decoration style and fragrance instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The room was warmly decorated, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The service was impeccable, especially Xiao Shen at the front desk, who was warm and welcoming, and caring for breakfast greetings. The gym facilities are complete. The surrounding transportation is convenient, whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, I will come again next time!
