Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Room was good but a few questionable marks on the wall by the tv. Bed was comfy and sheets clean, as was the bathroom. Food in the attached resteraunt was good but service let it down somewhat. 20 minutes to bring a glass of pepsi over in a resteraunt with 3 customers. Second night i had to go up and ask for my drink twice. I would rebook if i am working in the area again

After travelling over 3 hours on a Friday afternoon from Southampton & having previously stayed at the Premier Inn in Richmond at the beginning of the month, our expectations were high & we were looking forward to a much needed sleep as daughter performing at Moira Canal Festival in morning- she's a young performer. Upon arrival,we were informed the restaurant would be closing in 45 mins,so the receptionist kindly booked us in.We went straight there & ordered nachos with chilli, a larger bites chicken burger & smaller chicken bites. The chilli was lukewarm, my daughter was given a beef burger & so had to wait a further 20 mins for chicken burger to be cooked. Both daughters ordered a carton drink with meal & were given a glass of apple juice, which we were charged for. However, this was refunded as my husband complained. However, willing to let it all go,as all so very tired & needed to freshen up get to bed & have a "guaranteed good night's sleep" as advertised. Alas, no. Upon entering the room, we were we greeted by scuffed walls by children's beds (not a nice thing to sleep next too), ***** of different coloured paint in corner, drink spillages on skirting boards, dirty carpet no vacuumed properly, both bedside tables removed so nowhere to put a drink or charge a phone for night and have alarm clock next to bed. No USB sockets at all( luckily bought a plug). Again, very disappointed but just needed to wash & get to sleep. However, upon entering the bathroom, again, there were dirty skirting boards, red shower gel down wall & no bodywash in the bottle provided to freshen up with. So yet another problem. By 10pm managed to get both daughters into bed, however they are continuing to complain how uncomfortable the beds are,so there goes our "good night's sleep", as we now have a 12 & 9 year old in with us & you can imagine that none of us are able to sleep well at all. It's too late to go down & complain with kids in tow; it's all highly stressful & instead of sleeping, here I am emailing a complaint at 11 pm. Also, as I am sitting writing , I can hear noise from the neighbouring room. Just want to leave asap. My daughter is performing in Midlands every weekend this month but will be cancelling future Premier Inn bookings in Lichfield & Dudley as I can't go through this again 😵‍💫 Seriously, got the "ICK!"

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Room was well prepared and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and staff overall were helpful. Value of the hotel was good as well. I will use Premier Inn on my next visit to Saint George's Park again in the near future

I have stayed at plenty Premier Inn's in my time and by far was the service here the best I have experienced in a while. The reception staff on check in were welcoming and friendly, They got me checked in promptly and booked for my meals in an efficient manner. They were also very chatty which is nice as many hotel check ins don't have that attentive feel, yet here it felt much more people driven... but the restaurant here takes the cake above all else to me. The young lady on the bar, Amy, was so so bubbly and chatty, bouncing between bar, serving food and greeting guests when I was at the restaurant and her energy and attention towards the guests is admirable! The food cooked was superb on both breakfast and on the evening. The only thing that could be improved is the drink selection on draught as there was only Madri and Guiness avaliable (Shocking for a Brewing town!!!) The rooms could use a little tlc but from what I was made aware big things are coming for this hotel and fingers crossed they upgrade some of the rooms as they are very much outdated in areas. Carpets being threadbare in places, paintwork being scuffed but thats just being nitpicky as theres so little to really fault about my stay! 100% would stay again in the future.

You get what you pay for with premier inn lovely room lovely bed, didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I saw them with guests they did seem accommodating and professional only downfall is that the windows didn’t open at all I thought premier inn always have those secure windows with the wire holding it in place so it doesn’t open far, the room was extremely hot to say the least But like I said other than the window which is minor premier inn always does the job

Very basic hotel paid for early check in which was from 11am but my sons room wasn’t ready until 12, receptionist seemed to be having a bad day not helpful and very sharp with replies to questions we also paid for unlimited breakfast but we were told that we had to place an order for hot food and therefore not unlimited
