Hotel bem meia boca que me decepcionou fortemente, especialmente pelo valor cobrado. Um hotel da rede Ibis, desde o mais econômico, é muito mais barato e tem instalações muito mais adequadas. Os quartos são grandes e o local conta com academia, mas dentro dos quartos nota-se o mobiliário muito desgastado e precisando urgentemente de reforma. Lençois e toalhas de má qualidade, antigos e por vezes rasgados. O cheiro de mofo/coisa velha é bem intenso nos quartos e até nos corredores. Atendimento também foi fraco, apesar de serem funcionários educados. A limpeza é mediana e o café-da-manhã apenas razoável.

Já fiquei neste hotel em 2019, mas agora (2022) detestei. Deixei de ficar no Gran Bittar por causa do preço da tarifa achando que o Planalto sendo um 4 estrela eu teria as mesmas condições. Simplesmente não consegui dormir tal era o barulho no corredor. A porta tinha uma folga de quase 2 dedos e se ouvia tudo. No quarto ao lado tinha uma pessoa tossindo e se ouvia tudo. Não havia oferta de shampoo e condicionador, apenas um sabonetinho bem fino. O banheiro é bem pequeno e o chuveiro demorava a esquentar. O café da manhã bem pobre e se forsse depois das 8h, já faltava quase tudo. Para o preço da diária, um péssimo custo benefício!

Fiquei duas diárias no hotel. Como estáva escrito 4 estrelas,esperava um hotel melhor. Logo na recepção,os atendentes falham em simpatia ,e vontade de ajudar. Nem mesmo com malas, ou perguntas simples,sobre turismo na cidade. O estacionamento é fora de frente com o hotel. Sem segurança alguma. Nos informaram que não era para deixar nada no carro, já que lá reside muitos moradores de rua. O chuveiro transbordou no ralo, tivemos que abrir pouco para não vazar a água. Os colchões fediam a mofo...para quem tem renite como eu,impossível dormir. Os cobertores tbm estavam no guarda roupa sem higienização. A acústica do quarto é horrível ,vc ouve tudo do quarto do lado ou no corredor... Mesmo depois da meia noite . Café da manhã,fraquíssimo, faltando vários itens. As mesas do café da manhã não tinha nem mesmo um jogo americano para não deixar seus alimentos relar na mesa . Para um hotel 4 estrelas...tem que melhorar muito.
