房間設施不能再老了。😞
尤其是那個浴室的噴頭，麻煩你們建議酒店能不能換一個新的，或者修一下。沒一個孔是好的，以至於能噴到的 不該噴到的 都濺的到處是。真的第一次見這麼老的酒店。設施太差了。
房間的插頭這些插座也設計不合理，也不靠在床邊。插了電腦就沒法充手機電，反正衹能充一個。
更奇葩的是，我們當地員工打電話説定兩間房，電話中説500雷亞爾給到了折扣，結果到店後我們當地員工付了550雷亞爾，我重新網上定了，酒店員工説不行，電話確認的不能取消，不然有罰款，我也是醉了，我問為什麼，我同樣還是住你酒店，又不是去別的地方，衹是我按照網上的價格來付錢，我網上也已經定了，也取消不了。最後搞了半小時不情願的 給我按照網上價格來結算。
非常差的一次入住體驗。以後也不會住。還什麼帝國，確實比較古老。

Não sei como um hotel como esse consegue manter a categoria 4 estrelas. Ambiente sujo, cheiro de mofo pelos corredores e quartos, rejuntes dos banheiros encardidos e com mofo, lençóis e toalhas manchadas, paredes dos quartos imundas e com argamassa sem pintura (parece que começaram uma reforma e pararam), entre muitas outras coisas. Fora que o café da manhã é muito fraco e, no dia em que me hospedei, estava acontecendo um evento e eles passaram com os carrinhos de comida com 3x mais opções de sucos, pães e bolos do que estava no café disponibilizado para os hóspedes. Não vale mesmo a pena, ainda mais que o preço é similar a outros muito melhores.

o Brasília Imperial Hotel e Eventos é um bom hotel, com boa relação custo-benefício e localização. Fica na zona hoteleira de Brasília, próximo à Catedral de Brasília. O atendimento é bom. O café da manhã também é bom. O hotel tem restaurante. Fiz lanches à noite no hotel e fiquei satisfeito. O quarto é simples, mas atendeu à minha necessidade. Há um bom serviço de táxi que serve ao hotel.

Pontos positivos: Localização, Boa recepção e cordialidade dos funcionários. Pontos negativos: Acomodações camas e colchões velhos, ar condicionado em péssimas condições, fizemos reclamação e nada foi resolvido. Banheiros sem porta sabonetes e prateleiras pra colocar shampoo (nem ganchinhos para toalhas) Estrutura física muito velha e precisando de manutenção. Não vale o preço!

Recepção bonita x quartos horríveis... chuveiro não funciona direito..., ar condicionado péssimo... TV não funciona... muito barulho... segundo dia de estadia não limparam o quarto... cheiro forte nos corredores não sei o que é, tipo cigarro
