Meine Familie und ich waren vom 31.1-3.2.2025 Gäste in dem Hotel. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustür oder hinter dem Haus. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Seife, Dusch-/Haarshampoo und eine Flasche Wasser standen auf dem Zimmer zur Nutzung bereit. Kaffee , Cappuccino ,Kakao und andere warmen Getränke konnte man sich den ganzen Tag kostenlos an der Kaffeemaschine holen. Als wir "Hilfe" in Form eines Kühlakkus benötigten, da mein Sohn starke Nasenbluten bekommen hatte , bekamen wir diese sofort . Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir und sofort melden können, wenn wir weitere Hilfe oder ähnliches benötigen. Die Geschwister waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Familie und ich haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Edeka, Aldi und Penny. In das Stadtzentrum von Braunlage ist man mit Kindern in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
