"I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here."

"This is my first time in Anyang. I don’t know other hotels and have no comparison. As for this place, I was very satisfied with the Weijiatianxia restaurant on the second floor. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and I used the private room for free. I would like to especially thank a girl in the small private room around 8pm on the 7th. She was kind and enthusiastic, like a little sister next door. It was a pity that I forgot to ask her name, and when I returned to the hotel for the next two days, it was after the restaurant's opening hours.
We almost missed the train when we left, but luckily the hotel arranged for Master Lu to take us to the station, and he arrived just in time. Master Lu also provided us with emotional value along the way. Thank you very much!
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service in a small city."

"I didn't expect that hidden in the Anyang Chinese Character Museum there is a very comfortable Zidu Hotel, which is clean, quiet, bright and comfortable. 谢谢尔盖Starway Hotel is very good for staying when You are on business trip and it is necessary to go to work to some factory (located on the north countryside of Linzhou city) every day. The Hotel provides good tasty breakfast from 7 am to 9:30 am. The provided room was quite big and clean. There is a very big parking lot next to the hotel. In general I liked it. Thanks.

GGuest UserRoom is spacious and well lighted. Service personnel Miss 小敏was friendly and cheerful every time when we met. Special thanks to Mr 小路 at the courtesy desk whom went out of his way to help me to settle my taxi ride to a local auto services app where I don’t have access to. Also, the hotel has a free self served laundry room on level 17th, very convenience for people on a long journey. The only drawback is dining, the hotel is located at a newly developed section of the city, a bit challenge to look for restaurants without a car, not many options within walking distance. On the other hand ,not many hotels in this city are alpproved to take foreigners due to local regulations. So this hotel is still a good pick if you ever come to visit.

The sheets and duvet cover had a light, pleasant fragrance, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very restful sleep. The most surprising thing was the soundproofing; the room facing the street was surprisingly quiet, with no noise at all, especially at night. The hot water in the bathroom came quickly and the water pressure was excellent, making it incredibly relaxing to wash away a long day.

2. The cleanliness was acceptable, much better than average for a hotel in this price range, and the hallway was clean and bright.
3. The ticket office is conveniently located right next to the train station. Buses run frequently from the station to various locations, though the noise from passing trains at night was a minor concern and shouldn't be a problem if you're not careful.
4. The staff was very friendly, and you can store your luggage for free after check-out.

This was my second stay at the hotel - the location is very convenient, especially if you arrive late and/or depart early from Anyang station, as the hotel is right outside the station. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, and public transportation is readily available. The room was clean, large and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was also very kind. Overall, a great option for a good price.
