I come here often, and the front desk staff already recognize me. Their service is warm and attentive. The room has a wet/dry separation, disposable towels, and toilet seat covers. The hotel also provides washing machines and dryers, which is great. It's excellent value for money."

"I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here."

"Checked in at 5 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready. Stood around at the front desk for ages. Then they said if I couldn't wait, they could switch rooms and had 'specially upgraded' me to an Executive Twin on the 'very quiet' 9th floor. Got into the elevator and realized the 9th floor is the *starting* floor! 😂 Swiped my card to enter, and it was just a standard twin. So much for all the sweet talk from the front desk lady. Since Trip.com asked for a review, here's my honest one."

"Though not in the city center, the price is reasonable. It's about 15 yuan by taxi to the East Station and Gulou. It's also very close to the Chinese Character Museum and Anyang Museum. There are many places to eat and drink right outside, plus a large supermarket. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, and housekeeping is prompt. They even provide complimentary fruit and snacks. A really great experience, I'll definitely choose this place again."
