"I stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing.
The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance.
The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city.
I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range."

"Good things first: the room is big enough; smart heated toilet (very necessary in winter); air conditioning heats up quickly; good breakfast; large parking lot
The bad: There are too many useless furnitures. There is only a small place to hang clothes in a large room. The rest of the large area is thought to be a wardrobe, but it cannot be opened and is just a decoration. There is no big table, nor cabinet or bench to put the suitcases. There are no small towels for wiping hands. The sewer has a very bad odor. Finally, I have to say that the button for the fogging of the glass wall in the bathroom is too hidden. It's just like finding a button in an escape room.
But anyway, for a hotel in a non-first- or second-tier city, it's good enough~"

"When booking, I chose a hotel that was close to the destination. I didn't expect much from a store that opened in 2015. I just thought that since it was a star-rated hotel, the supporting facilities should be better. But after checking in, I was actually pleasantly surprised! Although the service was not special, the room was clean and the details were very good. The spare quilts were not stored in black plastic bags like many hotels, and the spare pillows were also flat, clean and dry. The room was also large. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was great. It was really a good experience. The restaurant had good service, the dishes tasted good, and the price was reasonable. I would like to add that the water pressure in the room was not enough."

"The hotel is very new and the parking lot has plenty of parking spaces. The location is very good. Downstairs is Wanda Plaza. It is convenient for shopping. When I enter the lobby, the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and quickly checked in. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable to sleep. The sanitary conditions are excellent. The smart toilet is separated from wet and dry. It is also very quiet. The surrounding environment is elegant, the price is very high, it is a trustworthy and frequent hotel."

"This stay was fantastic! The room's air conditioning was incredibly effective; it cooled down very quickly after being turned on. The temperature control was precise and it was completely silent. The best part was how quiet the hotel was; there was virtually no noise in the hallways or outside the windows, allowing me to sleep exceptionally well at night. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very patient and welcoming during check-in, greeting us warmly as we came and went. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal."

The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, the sleep was fragrant, the location was very convenient, and the surrounding area was not far from eating and shopping.

1. Excellent location: The hotel is located in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, the surrounding dining, shopping and attractions are very close, walking distance to the main business district.
2. The rooms are clean and comfortable: the room is clean as a whole, the bedding is soft, and the sound insulation effect is good, ensuring a better quality of sleep.
3. Friendly service attitude: the front desk and service staff are warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out speed is fast, and questions can be answered in time.
4. Rich variety of breakfast: breakfast covers Chinese and Western choices, fresh ingredients, taste is more in line with the public's preferences.

1. Some facilities are slightly outdated: although the overall maintenance is good, the style and color of individual public areas and furniture are somewhat old.
