"Everything about this hotel is perfect for me from the front desk to the room and breakfast. Front desk staff are all very knowledgeable and warm with big welcome smile. The room is tastefully designed and the bed is super comfortable. My sleep has been of quality every night. The heating temperature for the room I stayed is the best ever as none during my trip gives the right warm without being stuffy. I didn’t even need to open the window to calibrate to the temperature ideal for me. When it is tuned to 24 it means 24 legit!!!! Lovely!"

"This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

"It was unexpectedly good. I am a mysophobic person. It was my first time to come to Pujiang for a business trip. I made a reservation when I saw that it was newly opened this year. I was really pleasantly surprised. First of all, the service attitude is very warm, and there is free self-service hand-ground coffee at the front desk. Secondly, the room was very clean, including every corner. The environment is also very good, with complete facilities. The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, hot water comes out as soon as it is turned on, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"

"I booked the wrong room type. I asked if the front desk could change the room type. I immediately changed it for me. Because there was rhinitis, I didn't want to live in a room with carpet. From fermented rice wine buns to wild vegetables and local stream delicacies, every bite was a taste of nature. Enjoying the mountain views while eating was pure bliss. Listening to the wind, gazing at the mountains, savoring fresh food, and finding peace here—this is the perfect vacation. This trip was perfect; I'll never forget it and will definitely return."
