"I booked the hotel through Trip.com online payment. The front desk did not know how to operate the Ctrip deduction on the night of the stay, resulting in me having to pay the room fee myself to stay. At the same time, the front desk promised that after the hotel deduction was successful the next morning, I would refund my own room fee in cash. The staff said that the cash could not be refunded, and the cockroach could return it to my card in the same way, and it could not be refunded at that time. On the third day, the hotel told the bank card to wait 15 days for the refund. In short, the money was very positive when receiving, and the refund was very laborious. The experience is very poor. The room was clean and the breakfast was OK. The hardware is in line with the quality of ibis, and the software is in line with the style of Latin American work.
