"The room was a bit small; for a family of three with bunk beds, it was just enough for sleeping but had limited living space. They didn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, and there was no kettle, though you could get hot water from the front desk. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. Overall, the price was quite affordable, but it fluctuated a lot over a few days."

"The location of the hotel is very good and central in Leeds City Centre which is what I wanted. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good sleep here, I couldn't hear too much sound from outside the room. Amenities were relatively basic, some tea (Yorkshire tea!) and coffee, the shower had body wash and shampoo provided but no minis. Front desk were always very friendly and helpful, I was checked in and out quickly. No issues, would recommend to anyone visiting Leeds!"

"Good hotel with (paid) parking. Clean and maintained well rooms. Small coolers/fridges are also available on request. Good cheap alternative to hotels more central to the neighbouring cities"

"The location is perfect. Within 5 minutes walk to the vibrant city centre and all the main attractions of Leeds. Less than 10 minutes to Leeds bus station to take the 840/840 scenic coastliner Bus to beautiful charming town Whitby , York or towns in Yorkshire . Yet less than 5 minutes walk to Leeds main train station . The Reception's staffs are friendly and helpful. The most impressive is always wearing a smile, to make the guests very warm and welcoming. The excellent service goes to Front office Andreas , very friendly and kind . The continental breakfast is ideal for a good start . Overall, we are happy with the price, service and the whole package. Thanks to Trip.com for the recommendation."

"Good location for our visit to the Brudenell club, short walk down, if you're wanting 5 star don't bother, it's clean, rooms are basic yes true but for an overnight stay going to a gig what more is required, very good breakfast included with plenty of choice, overall if we were going to a gig at that side of town I wouldn't hesitate to book it again"

"Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution."

"The hotel is right next to the train station. The front desk staff was a Pakistani guy, and he was incredibly friendly. Seeing I was Chinese, he immediately upgraded my room, telling me, 'I must give you the best, everything is new, everything is fresh.' When I was filling out the form, I had only completed two lines and was about to ask him about the third, but he just said, 'It's fine,' and took the form away. As soon as I entered the room, for the first time ever, the lights came on without me having to insert a card. It was also the first time I've seen a welcome message with my name on the TV. This was also the first time I've encountered air conditioning in any accommodation in the UK (be it hotels, B&Bs, or dorms). It was the first hotel that made me feel like it was a complete package (everything was well-equipped, except for the usual lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste). And it was the first time I played a game with a remote control (though I fell asleep after just a couple of tries). By the time I settled in, it was already 9 PM. At this hour, finding a restaurant outside is tough, and walking around a strange city at night didn't feel very safe. But the hotel has its own restaurant. The prices were a bit steep, but the service and food were definitely worth it, especially the feeling of being able to have a hot meal after a long, tiring day. (The fries were genuinely freshly made, and they gave a whole jar of sauce!) It was a truly satisfying experience. The staff here are genuinely great. Whether it was the Pakistani guy at the front desk, the Black gentleman at the restaurant, or anyone else, they all made an effort to say a few words in Chinese. It really felt like what they say in 'Blossoms Shanghai' – even though you can communicate in English, when someone speaks your language, you truly feel their sincerity. For that meal, I fully expected to pay a service charge (and I would have gladly paid it at this restaurant; normally, I'd remove it if I didn't feel the service was earned). But the bill came with clear pricing, no hidden fees. I didn't have any cash on me, otherwise, I definitely would have left a tip."

"The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the center of Leeds, which is more suitable for self-driving passengers. There is free parking. The room is not small and the whole is very comfortable and clean. There are not many breakfast options, but the portion is enough. I really like the hotel's restaurant is beautiful and a little nostalgic. The staff is warm and courteous. Very satisfied with this stay experience."
