"Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap.
There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel.
The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time.
Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options.
Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities."

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming.
Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant.
The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay â definitely worth coming back to! đ¨đŠđ§đŚâ¨"

"We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didnât taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but itâs not really place to be going back to. We just tried it."

"We enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - itâs pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning.
The tray for the free water was dirty, we didnât use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well.
The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do.
The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you!
Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before itâs provided. It was all complimentary so itâs ok :)
The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe."

"Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didnât say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we werenât able to try most of the restaurantâs menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels weâve stayed at. đ We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. Weâll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

GGuest UserThe rooms felt quite dated, and unfortunately the beds were too firm and uncomfortable. I also experienced some skin irritation around my neck, which may have been caused by the pillows.
The bathroom lighting was very dim, and the space appeared unmaintained. The towels also looked worn and slightly discolored.
I understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations to improve the overall guest experience, so I remain hopeful that future stays will be more comfortable once the upgrades are completed.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable.
What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination.
The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staffâs warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.
