"We were looking for a place to stay in Bacnotan since we signed up for an aquathlon nearby, and it turns out Aberry was right next to the venue, which was perfect. The best thing about it is it’s exactly at the beach front, with a beautiful sunset view.
The rooms are pretty too, and since the place is new, the staff is very accommodating. They’re still on soft opening, so some things can be worked on - no hair dryer, no room slippers, strict with the inquiring about room check after your stay, security deposit of Php2000, but otherwise it’s a lovely place. The pool is nice too."

"The place was very beautiful and peaceful, and our experience for the entire stay was far beyond the price we paid. The staff was also very accommodating, they even dropped us off at the nearest station for commuters after our check out when they realized we only commuted our way there. The beach was very serene and private,. You can see the crowd growing at the other side of the shore while we were the only ones in front of the resort. The only thing we wish they'll improve is the bad smell coming from the water of the sink and the shower. But overall the place is really nice and we will surely come back there with more company next time."

GGuest UserHighly recommended! Staff are courteous and kind. Not too crowded resort. First thing we did upon check in is to check our room and if we need to replace it. We booked 2 rooms but need to ask replacement for one of our room due to aircon water leak on the floor. They are kind enough to replace our room. The rooms are cold and clean.
Breakfast is okay. Need some enhancement in the future.
Overall we love our stay and the kids enjoy their pool and beachfront.

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely.
Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service.
A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.

It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

AAnneThe wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

Not strikto sa mga bisita basta magpaalam tulad namin na dumayo para mag body piercing.
Mahina ang aircon, maliliit kasi. Di bagay sa size ng room. Pero malamig naman ang La Union kaya keri na rin.

JJoan RomaOverall, it was a pleasure to stay in Viilas Buenavista. The place is generally clean and peaceful. You'll indeed have a good night's rest after a whole day of travel and a night out. The staff is friendly and courteous. Just a few things though:
1. We are grateful that they offer complimentary breakfast (which was delicious, btw), however, most of the food choices were not available. Since it's complimentary, and food items are not gourmet food, most items you can store in your fridge for a longer time, like hotdogs, tocino, and longanisa. Then maybe at least more than 2 options be available.
2. No option to have food delivered to the room.
3. Though there is a landline phone in the room, there is no dial tone so that is useless. We used our mobile phones instead since they have the reception's number posted at the back of the door.
4. The room was clean, with cold AC, a working fridge, and a TV. Large enough that it can accommodate a family of 5, or at least 8. Just that the smell was a bit odd. But it's no biggie. What's important is that they have a great room where we can doze off.
5. You may really need to have your own transport, as it's hard to commute from one point and back to the hotel. No happening during the night (no live band, etc) so you really need to go out if you're that type.
So if you are looking for a quiet, private, and clean place to stay while enjoying La Union, I certainly recommend for you to add Villas Buenavista to your choices.
