"I had another wonderful stay at Canyon Resort Boracay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — it truly made my day when they remembered me as a returning guest. "Staff was great but hotel infra was not good , room did not even had basic stuff like a table or anything to use. They provided bath towels but no hand towels or anything. Shower was broken , no room slippers, shampoo soap etc was there but was super bad quality . Bedsheets were stained already and sleeping in bed left me and partner with lot of itching in body. Over all hotel does not have a good flow of air and was very stuffy. Rooms in evening get very dark . We paid around 5K JPY for this roiom which i think deserve to get better facilities. However , staff was very nice and helpful and always had a smile on their face"

"The room is spacious, clean, and a bit old. However, we were placed in the most corner room, with no signal and no Wi-Fi. They should not use that room! We’ve been trying to call the front desk for hours to change rooms, but no one is responding. We also requested a chair so we could work, but still no action has been taken. The location is great tho."

"We booked for Crown Regency Prince but there was a brownout when we arrived so the staff moved us to  Crown Regency beach front. We got turned off by the way they asked us to go to the other hotel by just renting and paying for our e trike not knowing where it is located. But good thing the staff from the beach front was there to pick us when the e trike drop us off.  The beach front hotel is amazingly clean, the staff are all accommodating. Everyone greets you with a smile and welcoming gestures. What i love about is the hotel isn't crowded and after you swim from the beach  you can dip in the pool on the 3rd floor which has warm water to soothe your sun burn and relax on their jacuzzi. They also have a room service massage  which is just one call away.  Had a wonderful and relaxing time and we will truly book the hotel again when we visit boca."

"This is not my first stay, so I'm familiar with the place. The service was great! The front desk was very friendly and I had a really good stay even during the storm. They have a generator and I believe everything was well during my stay. However, the breakfast buffet, I don't know what happened, but it seems that the quality of food is so bad now. Over the course of 3 nights, the adobo and chicken korma was hard and dry and the other food options felt lackluster. I only ate the hotdogs, bacon (limited only), and rice. Their usual taho was still good but runs out before 9am. The egg station attendee was a bit rude. I asked for fried eggs directly while he was cooking because there were none left on the serving platter, but he scoffed and told me to get at the platter. I told him theres none, then he and gave me a side eye before refilling it. This time, the room I got also had very low signal and wifi, wherein I had to stand by the door to get signal, which was unlike my past stays. But it was alright as I got a big room as I requested. Overall, I would still stay here for comfort and value, but the breakfast buffet is not something to look forward to."

"It was an overall great experience, but we had a water heater issue on our first day, which should’ve been at least checked before guest checks in, sobrang lamig ng tubig. 😥 I also noticed some mold on the ceiling, and a foul odor coming from the bathroom, could be because it doesn’t have exhaust fan. Breakfast is great, staff are kind, their cafe’s food is great too!!! Overall it was safe and pleasant stay!!"

"This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️"

"I really like this hotel. Very clean, the bed is comfy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a walking distance to the beach and there’s 7 eleven next to the hotel. Free shuttle to and from dmall. I will surely take here again."
