"Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport."

"Highly recommended, stay here with confidence. Although the room description lacks information on the size, it's actually quite spacious. It has air conditioning, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's close to both Entre Campos metro and train stations, and there's also a bus to the airport. The hotel's breakfast has a good selection, including scrambled eggs, stir-fried mixed vegetables, fresh fruit, and even a small portion of salmon. It's very tasty. There's no shortage of restaurants nearby, and since it's not a touristy area, most of them are run by locals, offering good food and affordable options."

"Location was pretty central. Close enough to subway station, around 7-10min walk to el corte ingles and the subway station is right below. Bfast was pretty good, not so much variety but good enough. The fruits was amazing! I stayed for 2 nights, and will stay again there in a week because i travelled to other cities. They can keep ur luggage for you so u dont hv to bring huge luggages, but at a fee of 5€ per luggage."

"Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from."

"Rooms are lovely. Staff are fantastic. The area had a few pick pockets around. In the one day I was there, 2 people had backpacks stolen outside of the hotel. Be cautious with Lisbon in general. Hotel is safe and secure and close to the train station."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by recommending great restaurants nearby. What was truly thoughtful was that they even called ahead to confirm the restaurants' opening hours before suggesting them to me – a very considerate gesture. Breakfast was also superb, and the staff even thoughtfully packed some food for me to take away. The room itself was large and very comfortable! All in all, it was a stay that far exceeded my expectations!"

"The hotel's facilities are pretty good for Southern Europe, comparable to a Quanji Hotel in China. It hasn't been open long, so everything still feels relatively new. However, there are a few issues: First, the room doors offer absolutely no soundproofing. If other rooms slam their doors or are noisy, you'll hear everything crystal clear in your own room. Also, this area is quite close to the airport, and the soundproofing isn't perfect, so you'll hear airplane noise. I always travel with earplugs, so this didn't bother me too much, but without them, it would definitely disrupt your sleep. Secondly, there are clear management issues, leading to poor attention to detail. For instance, the pictures show bathrobes and disposable slippers are provided, but they weren't. The hand soap dispenser bottle and the liquid inside aren't compatible, making it very difficult to dispense. For a four-star hotel, they still use simple sheets instead of duvet covers – just two sheets sandwiching the duvet – so your body can easily come into contact with the duvet insert, which might not be washed as frequently, raising hygiene concerns. Finally, the hotel lobby bar is huge, but it's empty at night, and they surprisingly don't allow guests to bring outside food in. We had packed a roasted chicken and wanted to eat it in the open-air lobby bar to avoid making our room smell, but we were actually kicked out. This is the first time I've heard of a four-star hotel refusing to provide any public space for guests to eat. Are we supposed to eat on the street? It felt very disrespectful. However, I visited during the off-season, and excluding city tax, it was less than 600 RMB per night. So, these minor flaws were somewhat acceptable. If the price were higher, I would definitely recommend looking for other, better options."

"This hotel has a rather Western style. It's newly decorated and very clean. Breakfast was quite good, but its location is a bit far from both the city center and the uptown area, which makes getting around somewhat inconvenient."

"For me, Ibis hotels are like McDonald's - at any point it is a clear level of quality and service. We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The bed is comfortable, the window opens, the bathroom is small. Breakfasts are of very good quality, with a varied choice of dishes, including a traditional Portuguese dessert. The elevators are small and inconvenient, with huge suitcases you have to go up one at a time. The location is generally good. We walked around the whole of old Lisbon. Despite the fact that the hotel itself is located in a modern quarter. Very close by is a good store with 0.5l of water for 23 cents and freshly squeezed orange juice also for pennies. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel."
