Been to Breeduyn village for 12 days at the end of April. Very dirty house, dirty glasses and toilet bowl, dirty doors, crumbs in cupboards, dirty crockery, worn and dirty chairs and couch, etc. All this reported to reception and photos sent. There were then 2 ladies working for 5 minutes with a spray can and a dry cloth who could not solve the problem in that time. Reported this again, no response! Complaint reported to Roompot's complaints service via complaints form, no response (except email that they had received a complaint and would respond within 5 days). After returning home, emailed again (with photos) and called park customer service and quality @roompot. Very disappointing, no response from anyone. No more Roompot for us.
