Just returned from a 12 day holiday at Bluesun hotel Berulia. What a wonderful place this is. We are a family of 4 with 2 daughters in their 20's. Had 2 x standard sea view rooms (321 & 322) overlooking the pool and beautiful sea view with dinner and breakfast. I am a little confused over some of the reviews on here. I think in a 5 star hotel you are always going to have people with unrealistic and unnecessary expectations and take it from me (and everyone else we met on this trip) that this hotel is absolutely perfect for singles, couples, families young and old. You are right on the sea front with steps down to the lovely promenade that meanders for a few miles either side of the hotel. The lovely pebbly, clean beaches are at the foot of the hotel which we visited and swam in each day. The food at the hotel is probably the nicest we have had overall (we have been to many hotels) and what we all loved is that EVERY person who worked at the hotel gives you a smile and says hello. The manager of the hotel is quite promenant and is there all the time, greeting people and helping his staff team. He and his team all seeming to love their jobs (I love that). Lovely atmosphere in this hotel and would thoroughly recommend. Definitely one to go back to. Noticed local cafes closing down from 1st October- but still a few dotted around that were open. Also, important to mention that the hotel allows you to wear smart shorts at dinner. This is always a must for my hubby as he wears shorts throughout the winter even in the UK.
