Would have given a 5 star if not for the lack of service, similar experience when visiting Bremen, like no apology when they stepped on you, rudeness, here counter staff declined request for two teabags! No
In other aspects it is better then expected! If can tolerate this, the stay is quite alright.

It's a good value hotel near Bremen Central Station. The room is nice and the bathroom seems to have been remodeled. I highly recommend the breakfast. I was very satisfied.

Beautiful hotel with tasteful furnishings. Centrally located near the main train station. Just a few minutes' walk to the old town. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are adequately large and clean.

Close to Bremen Central Station.
The transportation is convenient and you can walk to the main attractions.
There is private parking.
The sign at the entrance of the hotel is not consistent with the Novum listed on Ctrip.com. Navigation on foot used to require careful identification of hotel names.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Bremen central train station. The room was good, hot water and bathroom were good. Breakfast was average. I recommend it.

The best hotel, the price is right, breakfast is included, and there is a bathtub in the room. I was worried and disinfected it carefully before using it, but the paper towels I used had no stains on them at all, they were clean and soundproof! There is an edeka 100 meters away that is open until 9 o'clock. The front desk of the hotel is also very friendly. He personally helped to heat up the KFC he brought with him in the microwave and gave him a plate.
