Novotel London Brentford

The hotel London looks good on hardware from outside. It looks new and bright. My room located on the 1st floor and windows can't be opened as public is talking on the gf. The air-conditioning is not worked. Most problem is the service. No refill on the drinking water, shampoo and bath gel. The sink water cannot flow away. Although reported to the front desk on the second morning, none improvement has been made. The shower is not good enough as well. You have to bring Quite wonder if the housekeeping department is on duty or not.

Despite being a bit removed from the city centre, transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore London when desired. Amazing!!! Clean and loved everything. Check in was smooth and everyone was polite. Amazing swimming pool too. Nice view

Decent place to stay. clean and nice. location wise near to bus stop and london underground snd easy access to Heathrow airport.

Hotel is good in very good location, I would just suggest that the board leading into the hotel should be Quite visible and big so people can see, it could be confusing sometimes as you lose your way, our stay was pleasant I would recommend this hotel .
