Travelodge London Kew Bridge Hotel

We had both bikes stolen whilst double chained to the bike rack... staff pretty much useless I know they can't stop theft, but no communication since, denied to veiw footage to get time of theft. Police said it's a theft hotspot but they don't put that on the website. how about paying for some security? other place's available ( totally done with travelodges )

My stay at travel lodge was amazing. The staff was extremely accommodating especially morri. I dont normally stay at travel lodge but i will definitely be coming back again! 10/10! Many thanks trwvel lodge team!

Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Room extraordinarily hot (little sleep) Bed broken with nail jutting out. Room dirty. Teaspoons so dirty they were stuck together. Bathroom basin cracked.

Great breakfast and friendly service in the cafe, which has AC! Great location for Kew Gardens and airport. The room was fine except stifling heat, as no AC. This heat is just going to happen more frequently. Time for AC to be installed, this is a health and safety issue.

Amazing service from team very friendly and welcoming. No ac in room and it was a hot stay. Apart from that clean hotel

Another nice, cosy stay. Only a night but always nice and welcoming. Unsure of the new breakfast layout but can’t complain. Thanks to Lorraine for always smiling and being helpful and welcoming. See you again soon

Nice location alit of local supermarket and food shops near by . clean and tidy rooms. Good Value for money especially for a short stay Friendly workers and manager very helpful.
