The hotel is a tired representation of what was a once great hotel with a fab location. The hotel rooms are tired, the paint in the restaurant is a patchwork of touch ups and the bar will be closed by 10pm on a Saturday night. The close to £200 fee for the night felt like theft.

No staff at hand during the whole stay. The room smelled liked ****. The floor boards in the room were so creaky, made a horrible noise whenever you walked in it. The parking is also atrocious, the car park is really dark and dingy with really tight parking spaces, never any spaces left when we would return. And the price of parking was ridiculous, the parking voucher nearly gave you £4 discount out of £40 spent. Would not recommend the hotel.

Awful experience. No hot water. Went to reception to find out why but walked away when another guest raised the issue and staff were indifferent to the matter. One lift only working so took a long time to get out with multiple bags each day (30 mins when checking out). Lifts always sent back to top floor by default as programmed. Staff warned about the car park saying cars broken into quite a bit. Animals upstairs who let their children run and jump about constantly at 2am then 6am. I thought the hotel had an infestation of 50kg rats it was that bad. Booked two rooms and both rooms could hear the noise. Food not replaced in restaurant often and even went to the trouble of printing a note that they could not source orange juice which is absurd. Other issues but the staff just don't care at all. Hairdryer PAT test out od date and was intermittently working. Rooms heated (both rooms) to 26 degrees before arrival so felt ridiculously hot. Online booking system bot fully working and overpaid £40 head office staff refused to sort it out when phone lines opened days prior to staying. Beds comfortable and peodr point is competitive but worth paying extra to get a more positive experience. Best advice is to avoid this hotel.

There is an expectation with premier inn, that it is comfortable and value for money. On this occasion Kew bridge, failed. The air con system kept blowing cold air, even on maximum, I raised it with the staff 3 times and in the end they gave me a mobile radiator. I spoke to another guest and they had it worse with just having as well as the heating not working the hot water was not working. This is unacceptable. I think this premier inn need an update and some investment, the heating/air con system needs to be looked at, unacceptable in winter for the heating not to work!!

Appalling in every respect. We arrived to find that there was hardly any food available as there was a problem with the supplier. Staff were happy to tell us that this had been the situation for weeks yet we had not been made aware of this beforehand so there was nothing we like to eat for either diiner or breakfast. The least Premier Inn could have done would have been to let us know of this as we had booked 5 weeks prior, they had PLENTY of time to do so. The only highlight about this was ALL the staff we interacted with telling us what they actually thought of thier employer - it was enlightening... The only positive was that we had a bath in our room.
